My wife and I had a great experience with Annie and her team. Annie was professional, prompt and accountable. She provided direct honest feedback to my questions and offered a very fair price for their services. The final templating that Cesar conducted was fascinating. Very precise. Our walls were not exactly plumb, but he accounted for the discrepancies as an artist would. The install team was also very good. They were efficient and polite. I pointed out some places that they overlooked when applying caulk, and they were all over making it right, even if I am a little OCD.The final results exceeded our expectations. I have attached a picture of the countertops even though the kitchen is still a work in progress (replacing floors). I would highly recommend EmrichPro Direct to anyone seeking granite for their home.

If I could leave a 0 review I would. They installed granite/marble in March. It was supposed to be granite but it is scratching and staining really easy which tells me it is marble. I even pulled up the color it told me it was and marble. I called them to come
polish and reseal (if they ever sealed it to begin with). They gave me Price and I gave them a. credit card number and it has been a fight to get them to respond to me. The owner Richard will not even respond to me so I think I will find another to deal with. Terrible service once they get your money.

I used Emrich to remodel my kitchen; cabinets and quarts top. They walked me through every step and found the perfect color quartz to compliment my dark cabinets. I have recommended them to several of my friends, three have used them as well. I did my research and had five quotes from other companies; Emrich as the best choice!

I am writing this review as a warning to others. I recently sub-contracted Emrich Pro to do a granite job for one of my customers. The customers deposited on the slabs 2 months prior to being fabricated (COVID 19) not there fault. However, when it came time it took 10 days to get a layout appointment in Savannah GA. . At this layout appointment, they were supposed to go over orientation, seem placement etc. They did, but nothing was documented. They arrived on install day with the slabs not being cut to the layout the customer had approved, nor the seems in the correct location, and overhangs had 1/2 differences. They removed the stone and have had it since. They would not agree to make it right by cutting new slabs or any other solution but to make what they had mis-manufactured work. At this point the customer had lost all faith in there ability to make it right and I refunded their money. I asked that Emrich return some of my money that was deposited or work some kind of deal as this was their fault. I have asked for weeks to speak with Richard the supposed owner to no avail. All I asked was to do what was right!!!

Emrich was straight forward and provided me with excellent customer service. Their prices were low especially considering the quality of cabinets they have. I will always use Emrich.

Nice folks to work with, let me hold a cabinet door sample to see if it would match the existing cabinets for my customer...

If things suddenly turn, I will amend my post but this company has had over 15,000 deposit for new cabinets and counters since September of 2019. It is now Feb and even though we patiently waited and have been kind and understanding we still have to beg to receive communications and updates by phone or text. Twice they said they received our cabinets in the wrong color, so they offered to up grade to custom for round 3...that was before Christmas!! Today is 2/19. I am not saying this is normal but when there are issues with a transaction HONEST and REGULAR communication is the only balm and that just is not the case here. We have asked for our money back if they can not deliver this week....I'll be more than happy to amend this with the outcome!!

Got me for $20,000 deposit on cabinets never showed. Then be on another job installed a counter tried to charge me double the agreed upon price. Guys a crook DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
