I've been a client since 2001.... I went the old office and my little brothers and sisters go to the new office and both offices were and are awesome and fabulous. As always clean, state-of-the-art, friendly and everything running smooth. Whether you're the patient or you're waiting in the waiting room great experience. Dr Bock is so nice.

Highly recommend Dr. Bock Orthodontics. Amazing place with fabulous staff. Kids enjoy coming to their appointments. Front office girls are super friendly and my son said pretty.
This message is actually directed to Ej Urias, who is Julie J,... first of all, she was given the treatment plan and everything else including cost when she asked for it a month ago. We also gave it to her attorney. I am the child s step mom and legal guardian. The only reason this is being done is because she will not go down to the office to identify herself to sign the papers. She calls the office repeatedly to threaten them with her attorney, though he won t call because he even admits she has all of the information. The only reason there is any kind of flag on the account is because she has constantly calls to cancel appointments, finds out our card information and does things like this. This is not the first time she has done this. This is our third dentist/orthodontist that we have had to take our daughter to due to her harassing behaviors. She was never sent a bill from this orthodontist because we have been paying it ourselves because she refuses to.
We are truly sorry to Dr. Bocks office for this kind of behavior. If we didn t love them so much we would try to find somewhere else. They have been nothing short of great to our daughter. They also did my braces and my mums braces in 1999! The girls in the front are always so nice and explain everything thoroughly, and Dr. Bock is still the same and makes everyone smile! Thank you all very much for everything, and again, we are truly sorry.
We've been seeing Dr Bock for the past 4+ years, for all 3 of our children. He was recommended by my sister in law, who took her kids to him also. Dr Bock is fantastic, as are all his staff. They are very upfront and honest with cost and estimated time frame, and will answer any questions you may have. They're very professional and warm. Dr Bock has a great sense of humor too. There is a little arcade room with fun retro 80s games that can keep your little ones (or yourself) occupied. Would highly recommend!
This office started treatment on my child using my insurance and never got the go ahead from myself. Then they put a flag on the account per the father not allowing me(the mom) access to the treatment plan, cost or anything without proof from a court order to block me. When asked for the office manager to reach out to me to show proof as to how she is able to do this they explained she is out in leave and no one is in her place.
Then they want to send me a bill. They don t provide anything printed only hand written information
Not only is Dr. Bock amazing, his entire staff is wonderful! My younger kids don't mind waiting since there are plenty of video games and coloring activities in the waiting room. Parents can have coffee while waiting and there are magazines and comfy seating. My son's teeth came out great and it was overall a very great experience for our family. Thank you Dr Bock and the entire staff!
Came into this office for a consultation the other day. Such an awesome office! Staff is SO down to earth and Dr. Bock was very thorough and everything was straight forward. Making an appointment was super easy, they worked with my work schedule. Not to mention, gorgeous office! They really take care of their patients! Looking forward to starting treatment.
I went in for the first time this week to see Dr. Bock and I can honestly say I was super satisfied from the very beginning to end. When I called in to schedule my appointment the girl that i talked to was super friendly and helpful. On the day of my appointment I didn't have to wait long to be seen which was a plus. Staff was really friendly and organized and they made sure I was comfortable at all times. Also the office was very clean. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family!
Dr. Bock and Team did an exceptional job for my daughter during a crisis we had that damaged her teeth. They were very accommodating and showed tremendous care and concern as they worked with my daughter. My girl is doing fine today and thanks to the Bock team, she will still have her beautiful smile. I can't thank you enough! I would recommend anyone looking at orthodontics to visit them!
