I waited more that 3 months for my car.
It still wasn't ready without issues, I had to take it back and then they had to start working on it again because they didn't test the car right.
The waiting period for my car by them is unlike any other pannel shop.
I was at Zambesi BMW Arc the year before and they had finished my previous car within 4 weeks with similar damage.
This place needs to seriously improve all of their standards!
Friendly staff. Got my car fixed here through my insurance after a bad accident. At first the car wasn't fixed to my liking but they were more than happy to re-do all the mistakes in less than 2 hours. Would definitely recommend this panel beater.

Additional expenses incurred as a supplier i suffered a lot dealing with the parts department - especially chantel. Not interested in future business from them unless they adjust their attitudes to being fair and agreeable

Bad service quoted 5 days to repair my vehicle ended up being ten, Have no card machines so ask that you EFT two days before but you must beg for days for banking details and still dont get them....
Customer services number 1! They keep you in the loop in terms of updates and dedicated to their work. they even went an extra mile in terms of fixing my car. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to get their car fixed. I would advise that they work on their agility. I also concede there was delay that was caused by the supplier
My husband had a interview today. He was told anytime after 10am. My husband doesn't have a phone as he was mugged a few weeks back. He takes the train to get to appointments he only arrived after 3pm by train in Pretoria when he got there he was bluntly told I don't have time for you i'm busy by the owner.

From the start this has been the worst service i have ever gotten
On the 24th of march 2017 i was in an accedent on the n1 where the n14/n1 split is.... it took them 2 hours to get to me. In that time 3 toe trucks had come to pick up from different companies, i hadto say no for insurance purpose i hadto wait for this progress panel beaters
It is now the 31st of may 2017, i am still waiting for my car... my car was not written off it was just the back that was badly damage from the car that went in the back of me. When i called them they told me they cannot give me a duration from the start they have been claiming they cant, this goes to show that they plan on taking as much as the posible.
Iv just read other reviews its seems iv gotten the worst of them. But all are bad reveiws!!!
Do not take your car here! If your insurance is saying take it here! Fight them! This company plans on screwing you over in every single way possible!
Extremely slow even when they know the vehicle is needed they Wil take their time and just give excuses. Very disappointed we used them.

My bakkie was with this panelbeater from 29 March '19. I was given the car back on the 9 July. The vehicle looks as new as I remembered it. Thank you for the professional work done and the constant update i was receiving.
Qouted 10 days, its day 20and still not finished with my car. Call for updates and get fed false updates
