Very high interest rates, daily payment terms, high fees on top of the high interest rate. They tell you one thing at the beginning and then let you down. I needed the money. They took advantage of me. Don't do business with these people.

After weeks of providing information and getting pre approved with a credit score of 783. With 6 months of bank statements showing well over 150k in revenue. They kept saying we just need this last thing. I would provide it. The most current bank statements, tax records, proprietary business info like current check stubs and pricing. They just keep trying to make you feel as you will get approved. Only to pull the rug from under you. Do not do business with these people. They will look for any excuse not to approve you. Don't waste your time and trust the reviews. I wish I would have. I don't know if they try to sell your info as other reviews suggested. I do know they will lie and lure you in to decline you in the end.

bad communication they never call you back or let you know about the progress of your loan they will build you up with anticipation just to slam you back down with excusses one after another. there web site offers no information at all its like they keep making rules and qualifications up as they go.i will never call or refer them to anybody ever

I am dealing with this company and I am finding it was a BIG mistake! DO NOT deal with this company. US Business Funding is another company NOT to deal with. They are the "selling arm" of this nightmare experience. 40% interest on a loan for 12 months. Promises made by the "selling firm" US Business Funding to replenish after 5 months pay back......NO return phone calls, run around, all smoke and mirrors. Please contact me if you have had similar experience. I am getting both companies investigated

This place is a scam beware!!! I have also reported the company to the BBB and the Government. I normally don't write bad reviews I can't remember the last time I did but I have to on this one to let others BEWARE! Ryan from this company called me and said that we can try to get you a loan at first it seemed real like they were going to try they asked me to fill out an application and after I sent it to them they said they put everything through. Then i got an email saying that we saw you changed your company name. I responded and said yes the IRS has updated our company name but the tax ID is the same. I sent them a copy of the confirmation from the IRS to Verify that my tax ID is the same and on the top of the IRS document it shows my new company name. They responded back that now they need some more documents showing a closeout letter? We never closed our company? This is a simple name change and the IRS has updated our company name to the same tax ID. If you look at the document from the IRS it states our company name on the top and then in the paragraph it says my tax ID which is the same for the other company name. They only respond by email they never call you to update anything and everything takes a long time. This company is a very hard to work with I believe they just take all your information and sell or send it out to other company's they are not a lender beware if you use this company even if they do get another company to get a loan it is going to be very high interest 50% percent + and it may take up to 3 months to process. It has already been a month for me and all they do is keep asking for paperwork that I have already gave them!!! Last week I decided to stop working with national funding and contacted Swift Capital and I was approved same day now they did ask me for the IRS document to show the new company name on the letterhead and to confirm it is the same TAX ID. I sent the same form to them that i sent to National Funding and with in 24 hrs they came back and said that works and we are ready to fund!!!! Go with a company that knows what they are doing and National Funding is not one of them this company is one big SCAM!!!

one star is the least you can do but ZERO STARS is better, endless letters of funding harassment, bonus offers of more money $$$ - just no remove us again and again and again and again. feel dirty.

I own a small business in the construction industry. Haney Marlin Construction, LLC. We had some hard times at the beginning of the year this year and needed funding. This company does exactly what they say they are going to do. There are high interest rates and most people that apply here will be paying the loan back on a daily basis. Do Not take the loan if you can't pay it back. We were lucky to stay in business through the covid-19 pandemic shutdown and the slowed industry as it all happened a month after we took the loan. We needed the money and probably wouldn't have made it without the loan. The money comes out automatically from your checking account on a daily basis. There were a couple times that we had a hard time keeping up with the loan, but the industry bounced back and we got busy again and could actually pay the loan back and make money. We are still a thriving business today and were able to pay the loan off in full. If we could have paid it off sooner, we would have saved some money, but it's paid off and we are moving forward. It's good to know that the option for a business loan is here with National Funding. They did everything they promised and did it in a professional manner. Thank you National Funding for your help! It is not a scam and they do make money, but they give you the loan almost right away. They start taking it back right away too, so like I said. If you can't pay it back, Don't take this loan. I don't know what would happen if you couldn't make your payments, but the money comes out, Monday through Friday weather you have the funds or not. They do not take the payment on weekends or holidays, so as long as you can keep making money to pay the loan and make money to move forward, you will be okay, but if you are struggling and don't know if you are going to make it or not, I wouldn't take this loan. There have some options of taking another loan once you get 50%through it, but more money means more payments. It worked for us and I am thankful and grateful for the help. It wasn't easy, but we are still here and moving forward as a successful construction business that might not have made it without the loan from National Funding.

Terrible service, you have to reach out to them to find out what's going on. Claim to have approvals within 24hrs. 3 weeks later declined. Make qualifications up as they go. Don't waste your time with this small outfit.

This company continually sends credit cards to my company unsolicited and I don't appreciate this form of contact when I have not approached them for anything. Finally had to call them to stop it, they don't list a number to do that on their mailings, only a number to activate the credit card. Poor way to do business.

Total scam stay away from them. Using your info, running from calls (say they are not there when they are. Filling a complaint.

Have no words to describe these folks ! Do not , I repeat myself, DO NOT USE them under any circumstances!

WASTE OF TIME. it's much easier to go to a bank than this company. It's extremely difficult to qualify they ask for a ton of paperwork. at the end it's a big lie. Don't even bother with this company.

I don't understand how anyone can be happy with this lending company. The whole processes has been frustrating. I for one will never use this company again. My Loan rep, Brennen Behne may or may not respond to an email. Even after leaving voicemails, I still haven't heard back form him. Can you I please get another loan rep that is actually responsive. I have had it! He still can't get all the paperwork straightened out. Can you someone else please help me? I don't want to deal with Brennen any longer. I would give it no stars if I could.

I was in a bit of a pinch having to upgrade some equipment to grow my business. Nation funding was there. They made it very easy and got the funds I needed quicker than I expected. When it comes to these type of loans, I thought they were the best. I continue to have a good relationship with them. I would highly recommend them for those folks with less than perfect credit.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company for funding for ANY reason. They are misleading in their marketing practices, and like many others who have testified on here, it would be a big mistake to do business with them. Steer clear!!!

Told Ryan Shannon no less than 4 times to stop contacting me via email. Even used the unsubscribe link in the repetitive emails. After threatening to submit the company to the FTC for violations of the CAN-SPAM Act, he must've handed my info to Don Quach, cuz now he's spamming me. No more warnings. Your company is being reported tomorrow to the FTC and each separate email is a new fine. I will never do business with this company since they obviously don't care about operating legally or listening to consumers' needs. Hopefully this review doesn't fall on deaf ears but I'm not optimistic. Stay away from this company!

All around the worst possible lending one could ever do with their small business. They make you pay daily, offer little to no customer service, charge in excess of 20% for a VERY short term loan, and then threaten you with legal action if you so much as call for options to get out of the loan early. Do yourself a favor and steer far away from this organization. They will qualify you and then suck you dry. Many better termed hard money lenders out there for small business. We will never be doing business with them again.

I do not even own a business, and received an offer of a loan up to 300k. For my "business" for "working capital ". Forgive me if I find this a bit suspicious.

Waste of time. Unless you want to be given the run around, provided at best, vague answers coupled with horrible communication and poor responses to any inquires, if answered at all. Not a company I wold suggest even considering entertaining.

If I could give more than 5 stars than I would, my loan specialist Ryan Miller was on point from start to finish. Excellent communication and got me the working capital that my small business needed to expand. Thank you so much Ryan, I will be referring other small business owners your way.

One of their sales people is harassing me. He called, I said I wasn't interested. He kept pressing, and I told him I was going to hang up, and then did. He then called back 6 times today out of spite. Very unprofessional.

They scammed me out of my money by forcing me to take out a loan promising that this will make you a customer offering better rates. They deposited 5k which at the time I did not need but knew I would need some funds down the road. After a few months I asked for a small loan (7k) they said no. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! And stay away from Brandon Acuna as he has NO clue as to what customer service is. After becoming a customer the deal from their side is done. Yea they made their money off of origination fees. There are better Capital Funding companies out there. These guys are jerks!!!!!

They were unable to match the terms I received from another lender, however, Loan Specialist Tim Lewis went out of his way to expedite an offer for my company. Incredible service. National Funding, give this man a promotion!

I really cant say anything negative about my experience with National Funding. They got me 45k when nobody would give me even 5k. The process was simple and only had one very minor hold up, but all and all. I was funded I believe 8 days after starting the process. The associate Brian Bajgrowicz was pretty amazing to say the least, he was very thorough in explaining the options, and really went out of his way to ensure I got the loan that was right for me instead of what was right for them, he also handled all the dirty work with the lender, so I just got to sit back and wait for the check. The loan really saved my business, I had made some bad advertising choices in the past that dang near shut me down, but now Im back stronger then ever thanks to National Funding.

The only advice Id like to give is be very sure once you receive your capital that you invest a good portion of it, Id say at least 35% to 40% in a sound advertising campaign or two, that will run for the duration of the time of your repayment. If you do this, then you will be way ahead of the game and wont even notice the payments you make on your loan.

I myself did this and even though the repayment terms seem steep at first, they really are affordable if you use your funds in a smart way. I couldn't be happier and will always turn to National Funding when i need capital or equipment for my business. 5 stars

My experience has been exceptional. I am a general contractor. In 2007 being a general contractor or owning property was a very bad time for me and my company. I ended up filing for bankruptcy and having to pull myself up again over the next several years. I have been banking with Citi bank and applied for a line of credit. They turned me down after 7 years. I have put over 7 million dollars into there bank. Never had a overdraft or missed a payment. Have a 735 credit score and own four homes totalling 3 million dollars. It took them two months and every concivable question about my finances and ability to repay. With all this still a decline for 100k. My point National Funding in two days made availabe 100 plus thousand dollars and a very easy repayment plan. I would reccomend National Funding to anyone who will listen. Great Company and Great Service not to mention they provided the funds which has helped me greatly with my business. Lacks of professionalism
You have bothered me and I told you that I did not want to make the application because I did not think it was the time and I asked if You needed my credit report and you said you did not need it and I have the proof of the messages where you said no needed it. Lindsay Hamburg was the person that forced me to do application even I said it is not time to do it. I do not recommend this lending company because they are not professional and bad services. Don t try to sell my information.
