Sent In a vacuum pump for rebuild for my S Class Mercedes $239 plus the cost of shipping. Don't bother paying for express shipping if your in Canada as it'll take five days and you'll ll pay $70 US (Programa sends it USPS)
They weren't able to fix the problem I presented but the owner took the call from the receptionist and gave personal advice on the situation. I think that speaks volumes of his character and business model. I would trust him for honest and economically friendly work
Joseph is great and will always take care of you . If something is faulty , after a intelligent conversation and proper diagnostic he will gladly refund your money . Though as usually it is a underlying problem that was overlooked or INSTALLATION error not the product . I own a Mercedes and BMW only specialty shop and provide my customers with a 3/36 warranty and Programa honors that .
As an employee of an independent German automotive repair facility, I was absolutely kicked to the curb by Programa just over a year ago. I purchased an instrument cluster repair from their Ebay site for a customer. The cluster repair ultimately made the center display emit "laser red", which is completely out of factory specifications and a hazard since it is so distracting especially at night. I'm very suspicious that substandard, Chinese components were used instead of original equipment.
I painstakingly attempted to get Programa to realize their error to no avail. I sent them multiple pictures comparing the "repaired" cluster to my personal cluster, which both are the same since both cars share the same chassis platform. There is an absolute night-and-day difference between the center displays on both clusters. So much time and effort wasted to attempt to resolve this matter. My company eventually had to refund our customer's money because they were tired of waiting for a resolution. Who could blame them? When I could get in contact with Programa, all I could get was lip service. If it wasn't for the refund, my company would have lost that customer.
Now, every time I see my customer's car return to my shop the instrument cluster is just a painful reminder. The center display even flickers, which is just unacceptable. It is totally unfair for Programa to advertise another, separate cluster repair within factory specifications for a different model of the same automotive brand. After demanding my money back last fall, I was led to believe that there would be a resolution if I provided proof of the refund. I sent them the proof and haven't heard from them since.
Go to ebay, search these key words below, and compare the advertised pictures. At first, I thought the cluster repair I purchased just had an advertised picture with poor resolution quality. Little did I know that poor picture resolution would actually be a poor product. Buyer beware!

After this dissatisfying experience with Programa, I've found another company that provides true cluster repairs with original equipment and within factory specifications.
DO NOT USE>>I Have Used This company 2 times , We are a Mercedes Shop, And Regularly Replace PSE pumps. The First time I gave them the Benefit of doubt. but NOW .The 2 pumps From this Vender Had Warranty but The Owner(?) will not honor the warranty . Lack of communication, and condescending attitude.
