Simply excellent , I have started following Pro Funds in 2004 then did my first investment after 6 years. With a dozen successful deals, never failed a single time in past 7 years. PF staff is very cooperative, knowledgeable, and helpful and everything is under ONE window operation. Carmen is simply the best, She understand the needs and demands of this business very well and put her model of mortgage investment together for flawless and positive results. Great investments coupled with great people that care about the investor. The combination can't be beat. I've been investing with Pro Funds for the last 4 years and have never lost a cent. I sent out several email asking them into looking into doing an investment based on profit or loss of a project (this is required on religious grounds) verses plain simple interest based returns.
No one bothered to get back to me. What I can say is there is a huge market for this type of investment (called Sharia compliant) and who ever is clever enough to come up with this tool - will be the winner. This is now, I understand very popular in places as UK and other places.

Bad first impression. They apologize for sending emails to wrong address and causing delays. This was concerning as private info was shared. Day seven, fussed about completing the non-mandatory fields on the form, suddenly it was mandantory. Adm not helpful, although had all relevant info/documents available at her disposal. Disappointed for what appeared to be a professional brokerage that can deliver quickly without excuses.

after 5 years with Pro funds the lack of communication is getting frustrating. When payout dates are just about due clients only given a few days to decide to extend or hope to get our money out. Where did the client portal go? lets hope the next few months see some payout of existing projects.

I started looking at making mortgage investments in 2013. I looked at various companies offering 6 to 8% return. I spoke to a good friend of mine. I guess his name might ring a bell. It was Rav Toor from the money show on the Rogers network. After speaking to him and watching the Profund videos on Youtube I decided to follow through., He put me in touch with Carmen from Profunds. At first I was a little scared when I was told of returns in excess of 12%. I took the first step and subsequently have done many deals with Profunds. They are very professional and get back to you about your questions very fast. I like the way a lawyer deals with the paperwork for added peace of mind. They pay you interest in advance or monthly depending on your choice. Prior to investing with Profunds, my rrsp's were dwindling away sitting with the bank.
