He came on time, completed the job within the limits they had set, and the price was extremely fair. My experience from start to finish was A-1. I've called on Welch a few times during the 3-years I've owned my home. It's actually never turned out to be a septic system problem, but they have come out and troubleshooted the situation for me each time, giving me great insight and advice on resolving problems I was experiencing.

Most of the septic pumping companies i called didn't even bother to return my call. This company was easily accessible each time I called. From start to finish- the service was fantastic! We were worried our septic was having issues and draining into the leach fields, they confirmed everything was fine, which was a huge relief! The guy who came out to pump our septic was awesome!! I will only be using them for all of our septic needs. BTW- my property is in Manton, its a long ways out there and a long dirt road- they didn't hesitate to come all the way out to service our needs!! They are the best!
