I've gotten two job assignments through PSG and each came within days of my initiating contact with them. I started by submitting a resume, went into their office for one interview and then was ready to start accepting offers, simple as that. I've worked with Betsy Petrone and Nicole Cassista primarily, and they've both been fabulously helpful. I strongly recommend anyone looking for work explores PSG, whether you've struggled landing jobs on your own, or just need a little help getting started (as I did).

Please believe me when I tell you this firm isn't worth your time. I applied to a Administrative Manager position and was contacted to come in and meet with a rep. When I went in, they immediately wanted me to fill out temp paperwork even though I expressed that I wasn't interested in temping. The receptionist was nice and said no problem. Then I met with Jeb. Oh Jeb..... He proceeds to tell me that he isn't able to find every person a job but he is here as a resource. He gives me the typical "I'd love to introduce you to to my colleagues when we are done." He tells me this several times throughout my interview.

I have a MBA from a top tier university and 8 years of experience yet he tells me he isn't sure if I have enough experience...?? He explains that he has gone through my background in depth yet asks me to go through my resume bullet by bullet. Fine, I think maybe he just wants to be sure I can articulate myself properly. He explains that he has nothing that will be good for me now but will keep checking in with me. I ask him specifically about the position I applied for and he said "That position is a net we cast to fill our candidate pool. In the future, don't apply to these positions." Then he tells me not to be selective and that I should be applying to "anything and everything so maybe you can get 3 interviews a week". Then he gets up, shakes my hand and walks out.

Seriously people, if you are looking for a new position don't go here. Kennison and Associates or Beacon Hill are much better and they actually know what they are doing. Best of luck!

I've worked for PSG for various assignments, in the Longwood area and while on call from the office through the Guaranteed Work program. Overall great experience! After interviewing with this agency I received details about various job opportunities within the first couple days. My recruiter introduced me to other recruiters at the agency who also worked with me to find a position that was the right fit. Everyone was very kind and genuinely interested in helping me find the right position!

I was very picky--I wanted to work in the non-profit environment and have complete flexibility over my schedule. I figured that the kind interviewer would smile at me and put my application in the circular file. Lo and behold, within 3 days, I had my first assignment at a non-profit. Subsequently, PSG has sent me back to that first location for an assignment in which I can be reasonably flexible. PSG listens and comes up with the perfect solutions to an applicant's needs. I recommend PSG highly!

Never calls back. When you send them a resume no reply. Have called many times. Never ever calls back. Don't waste your time with them.

I am really pleased with my experience at PSG so far! I loved doing a video interview, it was so much more convenient than going into Boston.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with PSG. I reached out to several staffing agencies, at the onset of my job search, and I am happy to report that PSG has by far, been the most helpful. PSG has helped me secure two long-term full-time jobs over the past decade, first at EF Tours and later at MCPHS University. They've always been extremely efficient and professional. My most recent experience is no exception as Mark Gavin and Dung Wilson found me temporary employment at MIT in their Employer Relations department. You have to be willing to speak to multiple representatives and go through their screening process before being placed. Remember that they ask questions to help find you something that will work for both you and the employer.

I moved to Boston a month and a half ago and I did not know anyone and did not have a job lined up yet. I figured the best option for me was to get a temporary position while still working for my dream career. PSG was great about contacting me right away and bringing me in for an interview. everyone who I spoke with, especially Stacey, was very welcoming and relieved my fears about working temporarily and still being able to apply and interview with other companies and organizations at the same time. I am consistently contacted about open positions and they got me working as soon as possible with the Guaranteed Work Program. They also go above and beyond helping people network, which was important for me since I did not know anyone moving here. PSG is wonderful and I highly recommend them.

I've been trying to get a hold of...anyone for about 6 months now. I had an initial phone screening back in October and then never had anyone follow up with me. I called, no answer. Emailed, no answer. I spoke with three different people over the chat feature and they all had different answers. How do people find jobs through PSG? Do you have to know someone on the inside? If you complain do they blacklist your profile? People keep telling me they're going to get back to me but they never do. I've fallen through the cracks and it's super disappointing since I see positions every day that I match with perfectly.

Went to interview there after they saw my resume on Craigslist.
Before arriving I did speak to a rep and specifically told her what I was looking for and in what price range. I was assured that this is exactly what I was looking for.

When I arrived there, the girl who was my rep was probably a college graduate and said ummm and like after every word. After interviewing me and discussing what I was looking for she told me that I really set myself up way too high and that I should settle for a position below my experience and pay.

I really wanted to tell her how stupid she sounded and looked, but I just left.

With the PSG agency I have had effortless assistance. All the worker there are helpful very attentive and caring. They help get you jobs very quickly and make sure you have content and happy in your new position. I recommend this agency! Give them a call they are waiting and available as needed.

I've been temping since 2011 and this is the best agency I've met with for job hunting.

After 8 years I am still waiting for one of their clients to get the desk ready for me.

PSG was a great staffing agency to work with! I was looking for science and biology based jobs, and while PSG was not marketed as a science-type staffing agency, I still decided to give them a try - I needed a job and they immediately reached out for an interview after I contacted them!

I was set up with Stacey, and had a great interview where we discussed my strengths, what I was interested in, what my career goals were and what I would be interested in exploring. I started in the Guaranteed Work Program and had several short term assignments discussed but only got into one of them before a longer term assignment came up. It was great to work in the office because not only could you job search on your own, but several people in the office could come right up and ask you if a job they had on their pile would be something you'd be interested in.

From PSG I got a short term (7 days) and long term (2 month) assignment and pay, got tips and suggestions on interviewing as well as tons of support in all aspects of job searching! Even when I was working on interviews outside of PSG and figuring out job offers, Stacey helped give me guidance and support because she and PSG truly want to help people get hired, no matter where that may be. I would highly recommend PSG for someone who wants to get some immediate job assignments and who is willing to try new things and learn a lot from the experience!

Truly phenomenal staffing agency. First talked with Chelsea Valentino, who assisted me in providing advice on my application process. From there, it was receiving job alerts for any openings that was a match. My main contact moving forward was Ricardo Grandt, who worked very diligently with me. He was able to get me a phone screen interview and prepared me thoroughly in each step of my interview process. What I will say I admire the most about PSG is that there were a lot of different employment opportunities from contract temp, temp to perm, and permanent, and I love how much PSG evaluates your qualifications instead of mass sending your resume to employers. Working with several staffing agencies in Boston for the past few months, I truly highly recommend PSG!

They seem to be a good company, business oriented and ready to get you in a position. I just feel they have to many people working with one person. I got calls from Rachael about a job before the holidays but then I get a ugly phn call from another rep. That has an attitude because he called me 2 weeks prior about a position that he didn't keep me informed about. It seems like they are really busy but not communicating with each other. Rachael I am still looking for gainful employment. You seem to be on top of your job to help others gain employment. Thanks for your help.

I have nothing but good things to say about PSG. I sent them my resume just to find a temporary paycheck while I was looking for my next job, but I ended up being placed in a fantastic job where I was eventually hired on permanently. The end result was way beyond what I expected, and my whole experience with PSG was fantastic.

After reaching out initially I heard back in less than a week. In my interview we went over my past experience and talked about what positions I would be a good fit for and which I was most interested in, and it was relaxed and professional. I was assured in the interview that I could say no to any positions that didn't sound right and they would continue to send me any that they thought would be a good fit. I didn't get much chance to test that, though, because the first job they sent my way ended up being perfect. They connected me with the hiring manager for a temporary position at a fantastic company, gave me plenty of background on the position and work environment, and even helped to prep me for the interview. Once I was chosen for the position, they gave me plenty of guidance and answered all of my questions quickly. While I was working as a temp for about 7 months, Shana, my contact at PSG checked in on me regularly to make sure the assignment was going well and give me feedback, and when I was eventually hired on permanently with the company I had been temping for, the transition process was incredibly simple. I was able to log hours as a contractor up until the day I started as a permanent employee with no issues. Shana even contacted me after I started to make sure all was well. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend PSG for anybody looking for a job.

My job search lasted around 8 months, without many leads -- I finally reached out to Professional Staffing Group for help. The interview process was simple and I felt that my interviewer was truly getting to know me and what I was looking for. She mentioned an opportunity within PSG that fit my career goals, so I was passed off to another team member.
I was always greeted with smiles and a welcoming environment. The teams here at PSG truly care about your interests and placing you somewhere for success. I highly recommend PSG as a staffing agency - you will be happy that you did!

PSG is by far the best agency I have ever worked with. The staff makes you feel welcomed the second you walk in the door. I will never forget the words that Mike Conte said after we entered his office, "lets make this a conversation, not a strict interview". Those words immediately put me at ease and I was able to be open about my past work experiences and what I was currently looking for in a position.

Shortly after, I was brought upstairs and was introduced by a few other team members that have helped me every single step along the way. I don't normally write reviews, however, I felt compelled to share my positive story, given all of the negative reviews I'm seeing here.

I've been unemployed since October of 2016, so for about 4-5 months. I am highly educated with nearly a decade of professional experience.

On a whim, I decided to reach out to PSG to look for work. I contacted them last Friday (one week ago from today). I was immediately scheduled for a meeting in their office for the following Tuesday, at which time I met with Mike Conte (interesting coincidence, we both come from the same professional background). Before I left from our meeting, Mike already had two different opportunities lined up for me.

The following day, I told Mike to go ahead and submit my name for one of those opportunities. Within two hours, I received a phone call to set up an in-person interview with the company that coming Friday (today). I had an interview prep meeting via phone on Thursday, and met with the employer today. Three hours after my interview, I was offered the job. I start on Monday.

So, to put it short, PSG helped me identify, apply, interview, and ultimately land a great new job at a national firm - all within one week's time.

Many of the reviews here call PSG a "scam", staffed by liars. I am sorry that was your experience, but for me, PSG took me from a point where I was ready to give up, to employed with an opportunity for advancement.

I think that PSG is an impressive company. While I know that not everyone has had a positive experience in their job search; I also know that PSG strives to find the right role for every candidate who comes through the door. PSG really cares...not just about finding candidates a job... but PSG also cares about providing all sorts of resources for candidates. From resume help to interviewing tips and feedback to even suggesting other staffing firms that specialize in particular fields that PSG may not. I think this commitment to candidates is rare and refreshing in the staffing industry.

I worked with both Mike Conte & Paul, two recruiters from this staffing agency who helped streamline the process of me being hired at my current job. I emphasized the importance of being hired in an academic or medical setting, a point they took into consideration when trying to match me with open job positions. They were excellent with follow-up matters, always called / emailed as promised at the scheduled times, and ultimately paired me with a permanent role that meets my needs regarding schedule, location, pay, atmosphere & what the daily work entails. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional agency committed to helping job seekers land a position in a timely manner.

Don't waste your time with them. They are rude will find you the worst low paying jobs out there just so they meet there quota. They don't care if it doesn't pay or work they just move on another low paying job. Then if you get an interview some where they will call to harass you about it even after the person states they are no longer interested. There are other places that are better and worth your time

PSG was amazing with me. They took the time to get to know me and figure out what is the best fit for me. They got me my current job which was a direct hire, so I didn t have to deal with anything to do with being a contract worker. They were extremely communicative and easy to work with and they got me a job within 3 weeks.

Terrible! I interacted with 3 people and all of them were incompetent. They never returned my calls and had no decency to even email me! Two managers- one for external and the other for internal. The external staffing manager called me about a job( 9 dollars an hour!) and after 3 days she called back and said that the position has been filled! This happened twice!! I don't even want to talk about the internal manager! Such unprofessional dimwits! I wonder how they are still on the market!

If you are looking for empty promises and unprofessional people, go ahead and contact them!

They still keep calling me, sending me emails but consistently succeed at mustering up no movement no matter what!

Move on and find another staffing agency! That's my advise!
Moron Staffing agency is an apt name!

Avoid this at all costs!! This agency will not help you! I have worked with other hiring agencies that have given me very good results, however, this is not one of them. First thing is they really do lie. All of the jobs they post of craigslist do not exist, talk about false advertisements. Also the thing to remember is that you technically work for them as a "contract" hire. This basically means that if they do place you it's PSG that pays you. Keep that in mind because they will drive down your wages as much as they can. I specifically told my recruiter I wanted a full time job at no less than 40k. I went to college and I have experience and I needed something to pay the bills since living in a city is so expensive. She smiled and gave told me she had three positions that would be a perfect match.

**I went to those interviews and some of them were with prestigious entities. However, 2 of those interviews were "informational" and had no position available at all. She neglected to tell me this until the day of my interview. They did offer me a position but as a YEAR long contract with no benefits, no sick time, no vacation, hourly (and less hours in December), and at 32k. After taxes it was barely enough to pay my bills and living expenses. Average amount of pay for my field is 45k. Avoid this place because they lie to you about positions.

I'm going to file a complaint with the better business bureau, I suggest people with similar experiences to do the same.

PSG staffing is very unprofessional they told me that in the future they will not be a good resource due me leaving for another position with no 2 weeks notice.. i will never go through psg staffing again not good for business

I have had a good experience with PSG. They offered a lot of useful interview tips whether if it was an organization they were connecting you to or not.

My experience at PSG was truly wonderful. I was feeling a little stuck at my retail/customer service job, so I scheduled an appointment and PSG on a whim using the chat-box on their website. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt so welcome and like the staff was eager to help me with my job search. I interviewed with Stacey and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable. After my interview, everyone I spoke with regarding opportunities was helpful and very communicative. It is clear they truly care about the candidates they work with. In a matter of about two weeks, they helped me find a great new job. I wish I came here a looooong time ago!

I have nothing but positive things to say about PSG and all of the hard workers in their organization. I worked with Arnita Ogunyemi and each time I talked to her she was happy and supportive of all of my job search efforts. She got me enrolled in the Guaranteed Work Program (GWP) which then led to temporary assignments doing administrative work, data entry, and more. One of my temporary assignments even turned into a full-time offer! Although Arnita was my direct contact at PSG, I was in touch with other representatives throughout my various temporary positions and I had positive experiences with everyone. As long as you re willing to be patient with your job search and honest while communicating what you re looking for, PSG will work hard to find you a great fit. Their process worked for me and it can work for you too!

Worst staffing agency to work for sent me to work for Viator (trip advisor) here in Las Vegas Nevada was there for a whole year never got hired perm was fired because of attendance due to going to the emercency room was told no doctors notes accepted and would count against me either way such BS they dont care about employees at all AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Out of all the staffing/temp agencies in greater Boston, this is the one that has been the most useful. With an extremely helpful staff, I have been able to network with types of people I have never found possible and have worked jobs that have strengthened my resume like none other.

Overall, I had a great experience with PSG, esp. working with Page who was so supported and not only was on the look out for current opportunities but also helped me personally with things like resume, interview prep etc.

Of the few staffing agencies, I worked with this was the only one that really helped with both sides of the staffing equation. Page was also very helpful in the roller coaster ride of the career search and was readily available when things changed fluidly. She also still recommended to reach out to other staffing agencies, because the right fit maybe with another organization. Very classy to look out for the needs of the candidate.

In addition, PSG hosts occasional workshops which allows feedback directly with some of their staff on various topics within the career search. If you are new to the job hunt or need some support while looking for openings, I highly recommend getting in touch with those friendly folks over at Professional Staffing Group!

PSG by far exceeded my expectations. At first, I was under the impression that temp work/staffing agencies were unpredictable and that the work was rather labor-intensive. I could not have been more wrong. When I sent my resume to PSG's staff, I got a call back within an hour and interviewed with one of their representatives, Stacey, the very next day. She was extremely helpful, understanding, and personable, and set me up with the Guaranteed Work Program (GWP) the next day. It remains incredible to me that after months of searching for jobs and not hearing back from employers, PSG was able to get me a paycheck within a week of working withthem. Their office is open, bright, and welcoming, and the staff is polite, professional, and cheerful. As a GWP participant, staff members often introduced themselves to me, discussed my professional ambitions, and offered me chances to interview with institutions that matched my preferences. After less than one week of working with PSG, I had three employment options in front of me. I highly recommend PSG to anyone looking to find new employment--particularly college graduates seeking entry-level positions.

I rarely ever post reviews because I'm easy to please but...
I went there with a professional resume, asking for a simple position PSG can fill. "Administrative Assistant" so I can jump start my career in HR. They can't even fill an entry level position. Reps there sound so fake, telling me my resume is outstanding.....come on that's a lie, because you would have filled a position for me.

So I ask if I can work as a recruiter, had my interview. Gives me the impression that I got the job by telling me to bring my ID and social.
When I discussed pay that's when it got fishy.
$13 hour recruiters make hourly working 50 weeks. He could not give me a straight answer on when we get paid.
"You get paid every week, but after 4 weeks you get paid bi weekly"

Fishy, and sounds like a scam when it comes to being paid.
Only respectful kind hearted person was "Jim", he been in the business for 8 years. Nothing negative I can say about him.

In the beginning it was a good experience. Then later I went back to PSG to find a job again I was contacted by representative where it sounded like I was on speakerphone there was no good connection whatsoever and then I was misled and told I would lease hear something rather be a negative or positive this happened not only not once by two times and when you re wanting to have your foot in the door in advance and career somewhere and not have the opportunity action letter or communication. Also there s really no good communication rather text her via email question you try to schedule an interview no one bothered to call you back instead they say they call you and then you check your phone and you don t even receive my message you sent and just your daily schedule to be Available. I would highly recommend doing business with this company you re better off setting multiple profiles through the companies in applying yourself at least you get some kind of communication or rejection letter or even applying through indeed at least you ll get a rejection letter or they want to set you up for an interview.

I'm very grateful to have worked with PSG. I had been applying to various jobs in MA for a couple months with sparse interviews here and there, but mostly experienced anxious waiting and dwindling funds. After interviewing with PSG, they were able to place me in my now (permanent) contracted position, after I started working as a temp for the organization only 2.5-3 weeks post-PSG interview. For the past month, I have been working alongside intelligent and passionate people, in a very welcoming and warm environment. I know that I would not have been so lucky to secure my spot without PSG's help. PSG's staff are very friendly and responsive. Additionally, it is true; you don't have to pay for this service!

My only criticism is that their information database/communication is not always streamlined, so it will be normal to receive repetitive emails, or experience minor technical difficulties. My only advice is to be diligent about following up and definitely *confirm* with them the duration of an assignment; make sure you understand how long you will be working for a certain company for. Positions offered on a status of "temp to permanent" are still positions that you will likely have to speak with your host company to *interview officially* for.

I came across a link online when I was looking for more meaningful work where there was no "roof" and stumbled upon a link that described a position I was just looking for! I was elated, so I followed the information on that link, it took me to PSG's website, and as I am perusing their website, an add on the bottom comes up and says "would you like some help" or something along those lines, I've never done this by the way, and thought to myself, sure I'll entertain this and typed something.. to my disbelief the other person on the other end, a PSG representative, answered. It's difficult to tell someone's mood by text alone, yet I could feel the welcoming vibe and eagerness to help just by exchanging a few word with him. He told me about the position and what steps I would need to take before I could come in, and from there, it was smooth sailing. I was scheduled to meet at PSG's office the coming days, I showed up, and to my amazement, same thing, I was greeted by a warm smile and upbeat attitude, it was contagious.. I met with several other people, Jess and Stacey, after we had a candid conversation as to what the position was looking for, hours and such, they assured me they would be in touch. It was amazing, from the first hello to them providing me their business cards. I was in constant contact with both Stacey, Jess, as well as other PSG employees and I could feel the desire to help, I was so impressed, and truthfully, I wanted to know how to apply for PSG instead haha. Stacey set me up with the position I was inquiring about and with 3 days I was already in the process of begining for the position I had inquired about, and to this day, several weeks later, we're still in contact with each other, shout out to Jess and Stacey !

I participated in the Guaranteed Work Program (GWP) with the Professional Staffing Group (PSG) in the end of June and was placed in my first assignment by July 8.

Everyone I met with was professional and determined to help you find employment. I do recommend being as flexible and as open minded as you can be about assignments in order to open as many doors as possible.

My experience with PSG has been very pleasant, and they are a great resource for anyone looking to find short or long term work. I recently graduated with my masters in social work and have been a part time of the Guaranteed Work Program while looking for a full time job. I've gone on several 1-2 day assignments at places such as MIT and Trip Advisor, while also having time in the office to search for jobs and send out resumes. Longer assignments are also available for those looking for something longer-term. The assignments were fun and were great networking opportunities. They're completely flexible and understanding about making a schedule that works for you which was great because it allowed me to go on several interviews each week. I worked with Betsy Patrone who was very supportive and checked in throughout my job search process. While I was here, they set up many people with full time jobs in accounting, finance, higher ed, and administrative work. Highly recommend

As soon as I walked through the door, I was met with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Every step of the process was laid out in a clear manner and the associates made themselves available for any questions I had. My interviewer (Stacey) was great. She was not only approachable, but she made me feel at ease about finding a solution to my unemployment situation. I would definitely recommend PSG!

Terrible place! Applied for a position on Craigslist and they called back and refused to talk about the position applied for... I had a similar experience a few years before and should have learned my lesson.
They should made to disclose that PSG is listed the add so i can avoid them...but sadly they dont

my experience with this company was horrible.
i applied on their site for a job i thought was with their company. they brought me in to meet with a rep and the job was never mentioned. they couldn't place me right away so they put me in their program where i came into the office and sat at a desk all day. thankfully they paid me for it but i literally sat there doing nothing.
they told me they wanted to find the right fit for me so i shouldn't take anything i wasn't interested in so i didn't. but they would always come to me with the same jobs nowhere near my field so it was very impersonal and like they weren't listening to what i was looking for.
after one day in the office program, they continued to tell me they didn't need me to come back and eventually stopped all together.
they would call me to ask how my job search was going but hardly ever with any leads. i don't think my criteria was completely unreachable.
there was one job i was interested in but another rep communicated that i wasn't interested in that job instead of the job they came to me with which i was actually uninterested in and i lost it.
the emails and calls eventually stopped cold without even a simple explanation of "we just can't place you right now."
very unhelpful.

They do a good job at finding positions that best suit your resume. They work hard at finding assignments as quick as possible. Also, seem to have a lot of solid connections with prominent organizations in Boston. Definitely more interested in boosting their numbers than helping your career. Would agree with other reviews that they post fake jobs to get your info and bring you in for an interview.

I have nothing more than to say that PSG Staffing provided me with the ideal job I was seeking within DAYS. For about a month I had been seeking employment on my own, with various interviews along the way. Unfortunately none of those interviews were fruitful and that's when I decided to seek the assistance of PSG Staffing.

They were very friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I set up an appointment to interview with one of the staff members; she informed me that there were many opportunities available and with my background in higher education, and I would not have too much difficulty seeking employment.

To ease the employment seeking process I was invited to join their Guaranteed Work Program and came into their office the following week. This on-call program placed me on the top of the list for any potential last-minute employment opportunity. Though I was not assigned anywhere that day, I was pulled to the side later that afternoon and informed about a job opportunity available. Within two days, I had an interview set-up. Went in, interviewed, and within two hours received a phone call from PSG notifying me that the employer wanted me to start immediately the following week.

I've been working for more than two weeks now and love it!

Now, with that being said, not one person is a complete reflection of their overall performance. They are there to assist you in finding a job. There is no guarantee that they'll be able to find you a job within a certain time period and because of this, people shouldn't bash on them when they are unable to find a perfect match for you.

Keep in mind that the demand for jobs may be greater than the supply available. With that being said, it's important to note that a lot of it has to deal with YOUR credentials. They are only facilitators. The most important part of it all, is what you have to offer to potential employers. They help get your foot in the door, but it your responsibility that you cross the path on your own.

Though there are a number of negative responses on here, you should still go ahead and seek their assistance. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE! Keep in mind that each individual's experience is unique. I almost did not get in contact with them because of the negative reviews but decided to go ahead; I had nothing to lose. If I had listened to the reviews posted on here, I would probably still be unemployed and miserable.

Don't just stand back, take the initiative.

Pretty pointless, you go in a small office building, they take all of your information and you fill out a short survey/application. No actual jobs are presented to you. The ones on their site are "fake" and "made up" jobs that they hope to receive from potential employers. Not worth taking time out of your day, leaving work early, going into work late, or the parking fees in Boston.

This is an unprofessional, disorganized and discriminatory place. Do no trust this company for anything.

My experience with Professional Staffing Group has been absolutely wonderful. I have never worked with staffing agencies before, but the members of PSG made it really easy for me to understand the process and were refreshingly honest about what I can expect in my job hunt. The staff members were all very helpful, polite, and supportive. PSG assigned a representative that made sure I was attended to and checked in with me once a week to make sure I was being heard, which is great! This is the top job agency I would recommend to others. I am very thankful for all of their assistance!

Friendly, great service. Found me jobs all over, with a college degree in Fine Art. Placed me in accounting for Joan and David shoes in Everett, Password administration for Partner's Health Care, Conservation Law Foundation, Harvard Medical fundraising. Great connections. I was able to go into the office and use their computers for classes in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and that really boost my opportunities. It's a two way street, if you're not working for them and making use of their tutorials and tests, they're not going to be able to do as much for you. My work experience in jobs they found me led me to success as a professional artists, all of the classes I took here I used later in my own business. Thank you PSG!

Everyone I have worked with at PSG has been welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend their services.

The first meeting is a good experience, they bring you in, discuss what your strengths are and what you are looking for, they even bring you up to their offices and show you their collaborative workspace. While you are upstairs another recruiter will approach you with an interview, usually with Wellington or one of their other larger partners. That is great but after that, zero follow up or follow through from either of the recruiters. The position was one that I was over-qualified for and the interview was with someone internal from their firm who works on location at Wellington. I felt as though I wasn t even considered as soon as I brought up the military, which should be just the opposite. The interview is obviously to boost their firms analytics on how quickly they get you in front of an employer even though you re really not. Just another person from PSG. The job posting I first applied to wasn t even a real position. I felt undermined and taken advantage of when using this staffing agency and would not recommend them to anyone. They are a waste of your time unless you re actually looking for entry level or contract roles. STAY AWAY!

I had a really great experience with PSG! Their recruiters are efficient, welcoming, and thorough. They had me in the door at an awesome company within a month of moving to Boston. When I initially visited the office I met with Jess, who was great to talk to and understood right away what I was looking for in a role. Shana was my representative and was fantastic! She works really hard for you and is very attentive to how things are going.

They are really great to work with! They got me the job i wanted and couldn t be happier!

Went in to meet with someone to discuss my resume and my job search. Several weeks afterwards, I get a call about a temporary position at a company that is the complete opposite of what I am looking for in a career.

I was contacted by a recruiter for a temp job and my experience was wonderful. My recruiter was great about keeping up in touch with me throughout the assignment and great about returning phone calls and emails. I would work with PSG again without any hesitation

To all who read, when you find out the no name ad particularly in Craigslist is PSG, HANG UP. This company practices deceptive practices in lying and bait and switch. The company should be investigated on.
Overall, after numerous encounters with this firm (and reviewing others in this post) it is conclusive that this firm is suspected to be a front for ID gathering with no cause and possibly ID theft.

Simply stay away. The reviews that gave a positive review and supposedly got a job are lying through their teeth to get more personal ID.

I have had a good experience with PSG. I appreciate that they were honest from the beginning about the fact that you may not find your dream job through the agency, and that you should continue to use other resources in your job hunt as well. They are genuinely friendly, kind, and encouraging. They contacted me about lots of jobs right away after my interview. I got the second position I interviewed for, and I liked that they helped me prepare for the interview questions. I like my long-term temp job a lot! I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

The terms "Follow up" "professionalism" and "results " does not exist unless you are going to say "lack of" Do not waste your time with this people. TRULY AWFUL

They were attentive, and once I expressed that I was seriously in search/need of a job, they were determined to find the right fit for me as soon as possible. At the time of my first placement, I was working with other staffing groups, but PSG was the only one that even came close to finding me a job (and they did find me a job!) Once I began my assignment, they were helpful in answering any questions I had and routinely checked in with me. Would definitely use them again!

I've never had any success with this recruiting firm. It felt like they were too busy worrying about other stuff than taking care of you. Maybe it was just my skillset that they are not looking for? IDK but not having a good experience with this place.

I have been to many staffing agencies, but this one is the worst. My agent stated that she would call every week to check up on me. It s been 2 months and still no word from anyone. I reached out to her about an opening that they had and she said she would call me the next week about it. No call. They have never tried to help me and I doubt they will

After working with a few other staffing agencies in the past, I was skeptical going into PSG, but decided to give it a try. I went in and was greeted immediately upon entering by their front desk staff. They got me setup on a computer to fill out some policies and look over the application I had submitted and then to fill out employment paperwork to speed up the process in the event that I got placed so that I didn't have to come back into the office unnecessarily.

I initially met with Cristin and Page for my interview. Both were extremely nice, professional interviewers that dug into my skills and previous experiences, and also asked what I wanted to do next. As a staffing agency, PSG treated me as more than a number in their system.

After the interview, both Page and Cristin took me up to PSG's main office for a tour. The open concept was awesome, and I definitely got a better feel of the agency when I walked in. I then met with a few other recruiters at the company and left feeling very optimistic about my prospects. I ended up being offered a position through PSG not even a few days later, and I have been there ever since!

I recommend PSG to everyone I know when they say that they are looking for a new job! I seriously cannot say enough positive things about PSG!

I was looking for a job in Boston while still living out of state and PSG was able to accommodate my needs very well with phone and Skype interviews with their clients which I greatly appreciated. I found a position through PSG very quickly and so far it's been a great fit. Overall it was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or colleague who was looking for a new position in/around Boston. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to their large staff size/structure of their organization. I talked to different staff members for each different interview/client I interviewed with. This got a little cumbersome and I would have rather gone through one person although I understand this allows them to develop deeper relationships with clients to better understand their needs in a prospective temp/employee.

I have had a great time on most of my assignments. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have had a tough time finding stuff to do in the PSG office, but beside that I have been sent on great assignments some which lasted a few hours and others that lasted a few weeks. I would recommend this organization to anyone fresh out of college looking for work.

Honestly I couldn't be happier with PSG. From the beginning I was treated with the utmost respect, and felt very welcomed. I made them aware that I am an educator and need only short assignments during the summers when I'm not teaching. It took a couple phone calls to get all the agents on the same page- that I wasn't searching for long term work (So maybe some internal communication could improve slightly) but once we sorted that out, I was incredibly pleased.

I was also impressed at how quickly I received my first assignment. I had an intake interview on a Wednesday and was at my first assignment on the following Tuesday.

I needed about 8 weeks of work, and had three assignments over the span of 7 weeks. It was incredible. I received weekly phone calls or emails to check in on me and gauge my progress, and to make sure everything was working out fine with my assignment.

As soon as I finished one assignment, I'd email my representative and let them know I was ready for a new one, and usually either that day or the next day, I'd get an email outlining a new possible assignment with a request for a phone call to go over the details.

If you have office experience, and need work quickly, PSG is the way to go. I'm not sure how well the temp-to-hire programs work at this firm, but I do know that if you're willing to work several 2-3 week jobs and need something quickly, you'll be very pleased with PSG.

I walked into the updated office a few weeks ago and within the first interview I was already given suggestions about my resume and asked questions specific to my needs and what I was seeking. They got me working in less than 2 weeks. I chose to have a variety of jobs so I worked a series of temporary jobs spanning from one day to up to two month assignments. I worked with Betsy as my representative and she always made sure to tentatively check in on me and make sure that I was satisfied with my positions.
