The first meeting is a good experience, they bring you in, discuss what your strengths are and what you are looking for, they even bring you up to their offices and show you their collaborative workspace. While you are upstairs another recruiter will approach you with an interview, usually with Wellington or one of their other larger partners. That is great but after that, zero follow up or follow through from either of the recruiters. The position was one that I was over-qualified for and the interview was with someone internal from their firm who works on location at Wellington. I felt as though I wasn t even considered as soon as I brought up the military, which should be just the opposite. The interview is obviously to boost their firms analytics on how quickly they get you in front of an employer even though you re really not. Just another person from PSG. The job posting I first applied to wasn t even a real position. I felt undermined and taken advantage of when using this staffing agency and would not recommend them to anyone. They are a waste of your time unless you re actually looking for entry level or contract roles. STAY AWAY!
