Prodigy Resources is the best staffing firm I've ever worked with. They really worked hard to match me with a role that matched my skills, at a great company where I am able to make a significant contribution.

The folks at Prodigy Resources recruited me for a year-long contract position at a large, local company. This was nearly a year before the pandemic, but even so, all interactions happened remotely; I never met anybody in person. All of my interactions with Prodigy personnel were handled very quickly. I would sometimes fire off an evening email with a question, not expecting an answer until the following day or later, only to be surprised that someone would answer that evening! The only negative issue that I had was difficulty in accessing the 401(k) platform when they did a mid-year platform switch. It took a while to iron out, but they worked tirelessly and finally found a resolution. Everyone that I worked with behaved very professionally and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I ve had the privilege of working as a Prodigy contractor for going on 5 years now... longer than with any other firm. I also work in team leadership positions with their clients, so I ve had the opportunity to work with over a dozen of the contributors they have placed on projects. I know the CEO personally, and can speak to the genuine care and concern they take with each and every single placement - they are second to none. I would not hesitate to do business with Prodigy as a contractor or a client.
