Poor service. Crew car? There's a fee. Bottled water? Not free. Attitude? Free of charge! Rental car? They r clueless on the rates. Over all experience not the friendliest. Will be choosing an alternate airport near by

Always a class act. Free parking. Golf cart service right to the jet. Super helpful staff. Always clean. A pleasure!!

I think I would rather crash my plane into the ocean than tie down at this FBO ever again.

Rude manager. Can't believe Vincent Wolanin would approve of how his employees speak to his customers. The manger, Bob, makes snide and disparaging remarks at will with zero accountability from above. They proudly act like they're the only FBO on the field. Pure arrogance.

Excellent staff!! Escorted me out on tarmac to meet aircraft

The only FBO at RSW airport yet the service and quality was very good. No crew car due to COVID which was disappointing as we had to order lunch in. They have a comfortable rest area watching TV as well as another quiet room for pilots who like us are on standby. Once we knew our plan the line staff promptly refuelled the aircraft and provided a GPU for start.

The facilities were good, but don t rent a Hertz car from them! I rented a small SUV, and the forgot to tell me it was $230/day. Money wasn t the issue. Transparency was.

Went here for the C8 Corvette Reveal. Great time and great staff put on by Estero Bay Chevrolet.

Not impressed. No crew car, couldn't even get a bottle of water from the lady behind the desk. No one to marshall us in, and no one in the facility wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic.
