A lot of veneer but lacking somewhat in substance. It's not a bad hotel, just not a memorable one. The breakfast offering is good however, but they should not be lying to visitors like myself that there are "towers" with rooms on the 16th floor, when the hotel only actually has five floors! Don't expect too much of a view.

Service was good generally and I thought the Towers room I booked was a bit overpriced.

I had an amazing experience staying here. I stayed for two days and they had a buffet for dinner and lunch.
And my most favorite part was the breakfast- it had both Indian dishes idli dosa,upma but if you go there and stay for breakfast you have got to try the croissant, the Danish and doughnuts. The Danish was , omg, amazing!!! Apart from that great place to take pictures. Amazing interiors. Worth all the money spent! ;)

ITC Maratha is simply the best in terms of stay. The lobby staff is very helpful and attentive, they actually follow all the guidelines issued by GOI for social distancing, cleanliness and sanitizing the areas. The food and the staff of the Coffee Shop. Stay at ITC Maratha is always a overwhelming experience.

The place does not let you down. The breakfast is excellent with smiling staff who can get what you want. The rooms are great and i have stayed twice here. This time the rooms in the row of 1419 are disturbed by the Navratri celebration across the road. The hotel can invest to make the rooms sound proof!!

They go all the way to delight their guests!
I wanted something that is not in the room service menu and they actually made it for me!

Great 5 star hotel near airport. Awesome place and room was too great.

Ballroom was small for 500 people. Food was not that great from ITC stand point . Overall experience was ok.

Brilliant place, all their restaurants have great food, but the raan at Peshawri is unmatched. Also Pan Asia, was surprisingly good for an asian restaurant in a hotel.

Best in business. The best food can be found here. Authentic restaurant. Great taste.

Room ambience was nice, staff were friendly, Food was ok, but portion size was horribly small not enough for single adult and too much costly, breakfast was not up to mark

I came from Toronto to Mumbai yesterday ans selected this hotel for quarantine so far my experience is good.

It was a great experience . ITC knows how to maintain it's heritage . They leave no stones unturned . I was slightly upset about a confusion regarding the bill but that was later fixed . So it all ended well. Staff is amazingly courteous !!

A beautiful property. The design is such that it looks like an ancient Indian Palace. The place personifies royalty. I had attended a two day wedding function here and it was an amazing experience. The food was superb. Right from the starters to the main course. The service was impeccable. The staff kept coming again and again to check on all guests.

Great ambience, and delicious food! If you're looking to celebrate a special occasion, and are ok going a bit over your usual budget, it is a fairly good option to consider.
