A lot of veneer but lacking somewhat in substance. It's not a bad hotel, just not a memorable one. The breakfast offering is good however, but they should not be lying to visitors like myself that there are "towers" with rooms on the 16th floor, when the hotel only actually has five floors! Don't expect too much of a view.

Service was good generally and I thought the Towers room I booked was a bit overpriced.
