Please dont give it.Worst service in my life i saw.they kept my laptop for 2 weeks and they didnt fix it.

Worst service ever! Don't trust them! It's better to give your laptops in a authorised service centre and spend a few extra bucks than lose your system all together. I had posted a negative review few days back following which the service guy refused to give back the laptop unless I took down my review. Kept dodging even after I took it down. I finally lodged a police complaint and got my laptop back in a very bad state. So think twice before giving your pc at such service centres.
Service pick up and delivery is quick but service is too costly and they replace parts secretly. Got cheated !...
Excellent customer support. my Lenovo laptop had a panel issue & flickering screen. First i went to a service center in OMR were they quoted around 10k & stated it would take around two weeks, so i searched for another service center. Then I opted Prism Computers, they repaired the panel & screen. Unexpectedly they charged with low cost. As per my request they repaired in a short span of time . now my laptop is working in good condition & they explored it as a new one. Thanks for their good support & i would recommend them as a best service center.
The service opted was for dusting laptop. While internal cleaning was good, external cleaning was not good, there were still dust formations. Could have been better.
Laptop Service was excellence and the turnaround time is very quick..
Already had shared the review for their other shop (lapdoc sipcot). Customer service, warranty support, device service are worse.
