Upon hiring Ryan Lamanna he came up with strategies for maximizing the viewership of our property: open houses, advertising, suggestions for enhancing the attributes of both the house and the grounds and especially his ongoing communication with us regarding the market in general, the next steps and most important, emotional support when we needed it all resulted in a positive outcome. Once in escrow, he was on top of all the steps necessary for closing. I can't recommend Ryan highly enough.
