My daughter just got dental work done and I have a infant that was crying. The staff came to save the day and calmed my baby down while I got sister clamed down. I love this place and the staff

Dr. Kong and staff are amazing. They take good care of my kids and myself. I have been going there for a while now and wouldn t go anywhere else. And I love their newly remodeled office.

My daughter had an oral surgery there. The staff was quite wonderful. Without prompting they provided detailed outlines for the procedures and how I, her father, would be involved.

I was especially thankful for how gently and thoroughly the anesthesiologist explained his aspect of the procedure to me and allowed me to help calm my daughter while he prepped her. Also for the sincere kindness of the nurse who remained with us upon the conclusion of the procedure to soothe my daughter as she woke from anesthesia.

First visit to a dentist in a long time. Went very smoothly. Thanks

This place is a true gem I would recommend this place to anybody. I ve had bad experiences with other dental places. Won t mention no names. But this place is great. Thank you Priority Dental for making my smile way better.

Dr Kong and her staff are great! They are geared to meet the special needs of the pediatric population they serve and are well equipped to do so. Gentle quick accurate and caring they run close if not ahead of schedule and clearly present alternative care if indicated or requested. They are friendly and inclusive of parents/guardians and have a chair ready allowing one caretaker to observe the child's care.

I have taken my boys here since they opened(years). They have had a wide variety of needs taken care of with Dr. Kong. I had tried two other pedodontist previously, and she is absolutely the best. So gentle, and makes sure the kids feel at ease. Pediatric Dentist is definitely her calling. The staff is very friendly. They have always taken the time to thoroughly explain things, and answer any questions I have had. My kids are not afraid to go to the Dentist, and have always said nice things about her. I will never go anywhere else.

Our kids love going to their office. Everyone who works there is kind and patient.

This place is NOT autism friendly. They do not keep medical records of what they tell the parents they are going to do vs what they try to do. The dentist wants to argue and state what she can and cannot do, which changes on each visit. This place is not for kids no matter what they claim. Will never step foot in here again.

DO NOT take your kids here. They do unnecessary dental work to make money. My child went in for a filling and come out with a silver tooth on a different tooth and the other one not fixed. The owner is very rude as well. I couldn't believe how I was treated when I asked why she did this to my child. She lied about my son and what he said to her. Please do not go there.

I love Dr. Kong!! Shes amazing and makes you feel comfortable!!!

We just started going here recently and I am very impressed. Alaina was amazing and so was Dr. Kong. My daughter got her first filling and was very scared/nervous. Alaina helped calm her down and keep her mind occupied. Thank you for being so caring!!

The staff is amazing. Everyone is so professional, they make you feel so comfortable,I can't Express how awesome the Dr. is. I will recommend her to all my friends and family.

This is all a lie, you all said she was too old for anything even after being asked if there where any other options that could be used. You are blatantly lying and should be turned in for child abuse as I have seen in quite a few other reviews posts you have hurt children. THERE IS NO MISUNDERSTANDING!

This is the horrible lie they answered with:
"I apologize that you misunderstood the procedure. It is not necessary to always numb a patient for shallow decay. You were offered other means of "sedation" at the time of visit but you refused. Please don't review us negatively/false for your misunderstanding and poor decision making on your child's behalf.

Been taking all 4 of my children here since they were all able to see a dentist. Jessica Guevara is one of the assistants that help with my children's teeth. Love them, very nice && friendly.

VERY unprofessional and are horrible with young children. Very rushed experience. Nurse was clumsy from moving to fast and the dentist Didnt even check to see if my daughters mouth was numb enough (it wasn't) before yanking her tooth out. She sceamed for a good hour after we left and said it was very painful. I would suggest some human factors training. Especially since you are human beings working on other human beings. Will not be returning regardless and based off similar abuse reported in other reviews they should be investigated for malpractice in my opinion.

My kids love this office! Everyone is so personal and nice it makes it easy to tell the kids they have to go to the dentist! Thanks for all you guys do to make them feel comfortable!

Very professional staff. Dr. Kong is an exceptional dentist with many years of experience. She made my visit to the dental office comfortable and easy. I highly recommend this dental office to both adults and children.

I am very pleased with the care I received at Prioity Dental. Everyone was pleasant and caring. The office is being remodeled, but they did several things to make sure patients are comfortable, from closing the door to mute the sounds of construction to hand soap with a really awesome fragrance in the restroom.

My case was a little unusual and they had to contact my physician. They handled this very professionally and quickly, and the dentist was able to get my dental work done today - during my very first visit! I highly recommend Priority Dental. I ll be passing the word!

Me and my kids go to priority dental and we absolutely love it! Jessica always does an amazing job and we are in and out of there quickly! Very kid friendly!

We are so pleased with this office and their staff. They do great with our son and are fast and friendly. We have been going to this office for 4 years now.

We absolutely love Priority Dental. Dr Kong is amazing. My 2 kids have been going there their whole lives and they are 10 & 12. Great staff. Very friendly. I really have literally nothing bad to say about this place. They also recently started accepting my insurance as well, so Mommy(myself) goes here also now . Just got a cleaning yesterday and my teeth feel Marvelous

My daughter goes to this office and absolutely loves it. The dental assistants are so friendly and Dr. Kong is very informative and helpful! LOVE this place!
