Software issues. Routes misspelled. Routes could pay more. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

Driver call me to confirm he left my package in my porch and 10 minutes later when i arrive to my house the package was gone

Priority Express is on my top 2 list of the worst courier companies to partner with! They don't respect or appreciate the independent contractors that they partner with. I was contracted to do a UPS mail route....( which included 2hrs to sort mail sacks & load my van, + the 10 hrs it took to complete the route). In addition to my route I was constantly asked to do other deliveries for other accounts with little compensation. If u make any grievance about the money your making, Priority's go to method is void your contract. Don't get me started on the CEO Mike Owens....honestly, one of the most unprofessional & ignorant person I ever had the displeasure of meeting! If u like long days and being underpaid for those long days.....then Priority is for you.

They took people's jobs, and I still ain't get my paycheck

Beware of this place you will put tens of thousands of miles on your vehicle I used to work for these people your pay will always be wrong it will take you weeks to get what you are owed. I am not a strong employee I am retired for me and work because I want to not because I have to. You have to use your own vehicle. They do not pay you the proper mileage if you work for them hit your meter or your vehicle and track your mileage and you will see you did not get paid what you are owed beware to all real scumbags.
