Bad assistance, when you get Domingo garcias they make you wait and wait until they want to get the most money like when an accident happened to me. At first the contract said he will get 33.33% and then it was time when my case was close they said they got 40% and I was struggling with many thing in my life. They play with your health and make you better as they suppose to.

Domingo Garcia is the most useless lawyer I know some say he's good and he won your case and got $ 100k + for you or etc. He wants to wait until he wants to get more money from you and never accept checks from him

Trying to settle with an insurance company is nothing but a hassle. Domingo's law firm took the stress of my shoulders made sure I got the most my family and I deserved. After a year and a half long battle and wanting to give up, Domingo Garcia's team assured me the wait was worth it. Jesus Cortina worked until I received my last penny. Teaming up with Pablo, Rosa, and a few others, the insurance company didn't have a chance. Not only did I get the most, Domingo made sure all fees were fair making sure he didn't make more than I did. NOTHING BUT THE BEST AT THIS FIRM. Highly recommend!!! I put my faith in these guys and they delivered!

I was looking forward to working with this law office due to its constant reminders through their commercials that they would help. My father was involved a hit and run car accident (which we were told to by multiple personnel, including a paramedic and a DP Officer who visited my dad in the hospital). After calling them, one of their representatives showed up at our house to give us the whole lawyer speech and contract. After taking some information down and signing a contract, he was on his way with a million and one promises to take care of the situation. After leaving, their lack of response was already a bad sign. I emailed him multiple times to validate if he had received pictures of the damaged truck with no response and instead a delay because according to them they could not see them in about 3 different emails that had been sent from me. Keep in mind that he initially stated that he would go directly to the impound to check the truck out himself but since we already had pictures, we figured they might be helpful in addition to his visit. After my apparent delay from 3 unresponded emails with the pictures on them and multiple failed attempts to contact him through calls, text messages and emails. My mother received a phone call from yet another person at the Domingo Garcia office that would continue to ask for pictures instead of actually taking the time to do as they said they would and go look at the truck themselves. Once again I tried contacting both parties there, with once again... no response. This time I tried to call the Domingo Garcia Office directly and at this time I was finally able to get a hold of him with the excuse that they had been so busy for almost a month! After asking him if they received the pictures, his response was that they had, so why in the world would this other rep be calling to ask for them. The miscommunication among them was so evident but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. After speaking to him, I finally received the contract from his counterpart with the word, "CONTRACTO" which first of, is a misspelled word for contract in spanish and no other text, like we were supposed to be aware of this person who had a Domingo Garcia domain signature without even a salutation or introduction (which seems LIKE A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EMAIL, specially for a law office) . After this I tried to contact both counterparts for an update without a SINGLE RESPONSE FROM EITHER PARTY FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. This past week we received a letter from them stating that the case had been closed with no real explanation other than the claim we had couldn't be validated due to the airbags were recalled for the fabric and the impact hadn't been from the front. Nor could they actually obtain the right course of events with the other party involved in the accident because he claimed to have no insurance and since it was more work than what they would be paid out, nothing was really investigated and if it was, we were never updated or told. This company seems to only be interested in making money, which is understandable but they are not to be confused with someone who actually has intentions of helping with what the customer is asking for. Their lack of communication and help has shaped my opinion of them to the point of inadequacy and I unwillingness to recommend. I will not make mention of their names because ultimately they are representing the law firm, therefore the law firm is the carrier of their reputation but I did want to share my story in case someone is in the same situation. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DON'T TRUST THEM BECAUSE THEY SPIT GOOD GAME ON INITIAL CONTACT.

Thanks to the lawyer they paid me for my truck I did not want to say that he did not hit me and the lawyer and his staff got me to pay me I recommend them excellent work and very friendly staff and attends you in your language

The worst attorneys to go for a car accident, I got into a accident last year of 2017 I went to Domingo Garcia Law Firm, My case manager I will not mention her name she did nothing to take care of my case even though the accident was not my fault. They transferred my case to Mas Law Firm without telling me, anyways I got money for my injury but I never received any money for my vehicle that was a total loss. I recommend people to do research and read the reviews before going to any Law Firm to have your case get taken care of. My recommendation is to take your time with picking which attorneys to go to, make sure you are comfortable and trusting that law firm you go. Next time when I get into an accident hopefully that would never happen again, but if I do I am going to do my research on the law firm and not rush into things.

Update: I finally got my money for my car that was a total loss, all it took for them to give me money for my vehicle was for me to write and leave a negative review. My former case manager reached out to me, I changed my 1 star to 3 star because I still feel that they don't deserve a 5 star rating, they could of just taken care of my case like the rest of the people that left a positive review, but the previous comment that I made on top I still standby it.

I would like to Thank "Mr. Garcia" for looking at my review and talking to his employee about my case, without him I probably wouldn't have received that money so "Thank You."

These lawyers advised us to go on with the case and 2 yrs later they want to return the case to us so that we can find another lawyer because they didn't think they could win the case this is a month before going to trial. Seems to me unprofessional. Two years of stressing and wasted time.

First and foremost I am very happy that my case is in the hands of this office. Jesus Cortina has been in charge of my case and has been very informative with the progress of my case since day one. Please do not become impatient in the time it takes to get your check. Most think this process is an over night 2 months timeline when its not. I came into the office for an immigration consultation on a Sunday. I was greeted by Ana and Jennifer.
