Got a call from these folks today about coming in for an interview but since I already had a job on day shift, there was no chance of me going in without taking time off work. What kind of placement agency makes themselves available only for people on off shifts or unemployed? Told them they can find someone else because that's just absurd to not have hours outside of standard business hours.

I am registered for full time job but they aren't able to provide any job.

I Moved to Kitchener and I was new, it wasn t easy to find a job and prodigy helped me to get one, it might takes time but you will definitely got a job if you believe in yourself. Thank you so

UPDATE: Due to the unresponsiveness of the Kitchener Prodigy office I contacted the corporate office and left a voicemail message and wouldn't you know it I got a call from the Kitchener Prodigy office the next day LOL, and the person who left me a voicemail message told me that the company I was interested in working at is now not busy all of a sudden LOL, this was a Tuesday the person informed me of this and I was sent the job description on the Friday late afternoon.. I personally am going to be contacting this company I was interested in working at just to find out if they have in fact slowed down and if that's not the case I'm going to be informing them that a Prodigy employee stated something different

I would not recommend using this temp agency, I found them to be quite unprofessional, I dealt with a woman the one day having my phone interview she told me she would send me a job description for the company I wanted to work at.. once I had read the job description I was to call back into the office which I did the same day not too too late nobody answered the phone there was no voicemail the phone rang like so many times and then the call just got disconnected, then a couple days later after the weekend on the Monday I emailed the office - the person I was dealing with twice I believe and have had no response.. I just find that very unprofessional especially when people are looking and needing work as soon as possible they need a temp agency that is going to be responsive

They have a professional staff and gives jobs soon, specially to new international students in Canada like me. I got work and was paid weekly without any delays.

Not good response when we try to call. Without any proper reply they hung up the call on us.

Prodigy doesn t know meaning of an appointment. They ask us to book appointment to register 2 weeks prior but even then they make us wait for 2hrs for 30mins process which is ridiculous. Its just a waste of time with these people who are not even professional.
I personally hate this place and suggest to find jobs online.

Always the best. Appeciable and co-operative staff. I must recommend to all to ask for Julie, she is the one who gets things done quickly and appropriately. She helped and supported me throughout my part-time work till getting me hired by one of their renowned client named DHL. She always looks forward for better future for people working with prodigy. Worst agency ever! They will take your information, but will never help you to find any work. I do not recommend this agency to anyone at all.

always ask for ashana. she will get things done for you. i gave my hours workd to julie (twice) and she never process it, but ashna was very helpful, can rely on her

very good service and the staff are very cooperative and help full.

It is good agency which provides work easily but the only thing I don't like is that they send you out when there target is complete and they don't even care how cold is outside.

Easily the best temp service i have ever worked for (been with four other agencies before). Every time i had any issue even if i just messed something up myself they were happy to help look into things for me and try to help out. Staff are all extremely friendly and easy to talk with, will be reccomending prodigy to anyone i know thats looking for work and if i need help finding a job ever again i know who im contacting. They are very helpfull for the students and especially the staff are very cooperative.

When you are a student and new in Canada, It's really hard to find a part time job but prodigy gave me one, not only me but also many of students working through prodigy, Thank you for everything Prodigy.

I would like to share some fact about few companies after hearing from many friends. While going to shift from Prodigy, companies are asking to leave the company in between shifts. Generally shift is for 8 hours, but after 3-4 hours they asking to leave in the middle of night. It is happening in very cold winter as well. Students or the persons who are asked to leave, are not allowed to stay in the company until ride comes to pick him up in the morning. They have stay outside until morning. Prodigy Personnel is not taking any responsibilities for this behavior of the company. I hope Prodigy Personnel take some responsibilities about this scenario and people get some good service.
