Friendly customers service. Didnt have to wait for my product to be collected

Service is bad, you wait for an hour to receive your order.

For all your notebook and printer needs this place is a must.

Awesome supplier. Always good staff to help out and assist, great specials in the shop. Only ever issue is the wait at times for orders. It's expected at any wholesaler I know but, 5 stars would then be for a company that's above on that point.

Nice people, good systems. Only, a little slow. Collection takes longer than other distributors.

They are the worst ever..The sales puts the phone down when you after 50 times eventually get to speak to one and then don't know what you need will drop the phone on you..THEY ARE THE WORST EVER

Always have an issue when trying to get stock that's listed on their TBay catalog. I will say that Andrew is absolutely amazing and always tries to assist as much as possible. Andrew you are a legend and I hope Tarsus value you for all that you do. Keep it up, if it weren't for you I would be dealing with Tarsus as much as I do :)

One of the only Distributors for Dell and HP, but dispatch is very slow.

The technology there is beautiful and i always collect my DVDs from there.

Been a dealer with them for 20+ years. Very well organised with helpful, friendly staff.

Distribution center for computer consumables and hardware

Service very slow and bad. When phone them it takes 5 to 10 min on before the call is answered, then the person I was trying to get hold of never, is never at their desk and never returns your calls.
Emailing them - they messed up the order. The T Bay (despatch) was on go slow so I endened up only getting my collection 30 min after I arrived.
Prices are aslo no longer competitive - so not going back to Tarsus.

Very useful to large businesses or companies who will want to upgrade their computers or laptops. They offer different brands and are very informative. You do need to have an account with them and they do not sell to the public. Having a business who will be benefitting from the products is essential.

Covid making i difficult to deal with this company, very unorganized

Placed my order yesterday afternoon.
Came to collect today at 13:00

Paper work and payment was finished at 13:10.

Time currently 13:57 and still have not received my stock. When speaking to the staff all they say is " the stock is being picked"

This has been going since I become a customer of Tarsus for the last 5 years, and seems the company simply doesn't care that we have businesses to run.

Please invest in better systems. This is really disappointing.

I love this place . But the waiting on my last visit was just unbearable. Otherwise it's a great place with great people. With all covid protocols observed.
