people put in the wrong address on my box. all parts are here but not the processor. and i could have gotten it less from newegg a day after when it went on sale, bet that woulda been here by now. full refund wont do shyt when they re all sold out. took no responsibility just your copy paste bs that wont help you.

Complete garbage!! "5-7 day shipping" and here we are 10 days later and my cpu hasn't even arrived at UPS to be shipped. I have ALL of my other parts and this nonsense is holding everything up. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!

Ordered a Blu Ray Writer via Amazon Prime's 2 day shipping. Arrival was supposed to be Nov. 20. Today is Nov. 22 and the product hasn't arrived.

Ordered an Item through Platinum Micro on Rakuten. Said they had it in stock and I used a Rakuten discount code. 5 days later I called after I had the rest of my components for a PC build, and they told me it was out of stock and I wouldn't get the item for weeks. They had other processors in stock, but couldn't ship anything currently, and I would lose the 20% discount. They couldn't transfer the credit of this order or apply it to another. I would have to literally cancel my order, and specifically order something else through them (their other prices are inflated). I would avoid if your looking for any timely delivery. They never even notified me the item was out of stock, I had to call them to tell me it was... They tried to tell me the order system wasn't updating stock, but I clearly saw the stock reduce by 1 when I placed an order.

This was a marketplace transaction via PMG's online presence with a large electronics etailer. Originally I was sent the wrong item but PMG was very quick to correct the situation and went out of their way to make sure I was fully compensated for return shipping charges. They are gracious and honest people. There was somewhat of a language barrier issue with regard to communication with their customer service department, however.

Had a defect issue, and they sent me a new one immediately. Very happy with their service.

I don't know who is out here giving five stars, but this company is the worst. They sent me a broken CPU and when we informed them, they told us to send it in and they'd replace it. They decided to change their mind as soon as they received the part because we "sent it in damaged" like it wasn't already damaged to begin with. $200 of my money down the drain. Money that I don't have to be wasting on another CPU that I should have already had. Do not buy from this company.

This company goes by another name as well, AAAwave... and are The absolute worst. Tried everything I could to place an order over the phone but they refuse to take phone orders.. in person only, which I could not do. I then came up with the solution of placing the order online and having a courier pick it up for me. No go... they said if I place the order online, then they HAVE to ship it to me. "HAVE TO" they said. Even if it's sitting right there in their warehouse. Asked to speak with a supervisor but was told by "Ash", that I cannot speak with one and even if I did, they'd just tell me the same thing. Makes no sense whatsoever. Tried to give them my business and they literally refused me. Stay far away from these guys. Amateur hour over here.

Purchased 5 hard drives from them. They advertised a 5- year warranty. One of the disk stopped working after the 30 day-return policy. The said I should contact Seagate to exchange the disk since it was under warranty. When I contacted Seagate they told they wouldn't honor the warranty since these drives were not sold to Platinum directly, but to an OEM and they're not even an authorized Seagate reseller. So basically they got these units second hand from companies like (HP, Dell, etc) and resell them without even knowing if they have a valid warranty. Their customer service is horrible. Was put on hold to close to an hour without any explanation by a very rude woman with heavy Asian-accent. After a month and a half issue is not resolved yet. Not buying from this company ever again.
