Rude service. The staff wearing the 42km marathon shirt today was rude, unhelpful and unrespectful. Not going back there again.

Extremely satisfied with the express non laminated name cards! Good quality, speedy service. Fuss free submission process, same day collection at a reasonable price. Prompt response on hotline, relatively fast correspondence on email.

Did a custom box with them. It was only 1 piece but no others would do it so.

Holes were punched on the wrong side of the piper. Did not print landscape on pages that should haven been printed in landscape. One file was not print and the files was clearly makes from 1-14

This shop however, was very clear about what I needed them to print and no problems occurred for my order.

Terrible service, attitude staff. Mistake were made and dare not admit it, pushes the blames to customers. Everything that I printed can't be used and money down the drain.

Some of thechoices which I was unaware of was explained to me, helping me understandexactly what to expect for the print outcome. Originally I was just hoping toprint out some normal paper name cards for my new business; turned out I gotmore than what I could ask for. With their emboss and hot stamping finishes, Ihave received compliments from people whom I shared my name cards with. I amvery delighted with the name cards they made for me and highly recommend peoplewho are looking to make new name cards to employ Print That Now! so that theymay do the same for you.

Always very prompt service and consistent quality printing

I am deeply upset about the service and products I received from Print that now! I went to the store to make a 100pieces of waterproof stickers. I brought a sample for them and instructed for them to "replicate" my sticker design, adhering to the measurements, colour and material of the sample I provided. I asked if they could do as I've requested and they said yes.

Fast forward to the collection date, the stickers were not only not cut to individual pieces, the material of the stickers were also significantly different from the material that was supposed to be used. The finish felt like a normal a4 printing paper and it is vulnerable to wear and tear even with the slightest force applied. On top of that, it costs 0,8sgd per piece plus 30sgd for cut which totals to 110sgd. The quality of goods delivered and subpar service provided by the store does not justify for its hefty price tag.

Ultimately, the stickers could not be used for what it was intended for due to its poor quality. I will not recommend their service to any prospective customers.

I had an event in Singapore and my entire baggage was delayed. I called them up and asked if express printing could be done for business cards and presentation materials (50 decks) within a few hours. The answer was Yes, they could! I was delighted and to my surprise, the pricing was pretty reasonable and no express fee was charged. I am really delighted with their services and I will definitely reach out to them, should i require express or non express service.

They are awesome because of their responsiveness to queries. I recently bought a box of business cards and they contacted me within 30 mins to have the artwork confirmed and have the payment made. My business cards was made ready for pick up in another 30 mins.

The staff who served me, namely, Mr Awal was not only prompt and professional, he also sent me a video of the completed book (i.e., the binded copy of the book), for my review. I am based in New York and needed some namecards printed when I was back home in Singapore, so I emailed Print That Now specifying what I needed to be done. I was impressed when Eada replied very quickly and the prices they quoted were reasonable, so I decided to go with them and picked the most expensive cardstock.

When I went to the shop to pick up my namecards, I was shocked by what a complete mess the whole shop was. There were materials everywhere and it seemed to be run by three teenagers, but I decided not to judge. However, only half of my namecards were useable- the other half were printed and sliced wrongly and I had to throw them out.

I wrote them to express my displeasure and they nicely offered to reprint the half that were misprinted, which I accepted. I went back to the shop a week later and to no surprise, the shop was as disorganized as before, which gave me no confidence. And my second reprint turned out even worse than my first set- the front and back were completely mismatched and I had to discard them again.

My trip to Singapore was coming to an end and I honestly did not want to go back to the shop for a third reprint, nor did I think they were able to deliver what I asked of them. The fact that the first half of the cards were printed correctly showed that they should have been able to deliver had they taken a bit more care and professionalism in what they do, but unfortunately they tried to suggest that it was my proof that was not properly done. In the US they would have offered a full refund for a job poorly done.

Bottom line: I wasted close to $40 printing with them, and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

I am a new business owner and placed my first order with them. There were light streaks on the gold hotstamping, which, I questioned them about it. They acknowledged that it was a production error, and the entire order was reprinted for free. The downside was that I had to wait for another one week.

I had to print my portfolio and i walked around Sunshine testing the colors.

After testing several shops, i had mine printed at this shop because the colors were closest to my portfolio and the book that came out after was perfect

I had been asking around the printing shops and none could fulfil my requirements. I simply wanted a shop to print my business cards with special effects such as sunken in text, paint on the edges (I think they called it edging), and decently thick cotton paper.

Some of the shops would fulfil 3/4 requirements and I wanted a shop to fulfil all of my requirements. I chanced upon them on the Internet and visited their shop. I was elated that I could do it all within a store and paid for them (their payment was upfront-non negotiable).

I received the items and was very much elated with the output. I am considered to be a particular person but, these people actually produced it right.

My sister often does her printing at Print That Now and when we both started our business, it is the only place that provides the best price! Yay to Print That Now!

They listened. Offered suggestion on what would be the best material to use. Honest and handled my requirements quickly. The company do not allow refunds or returns but their service level would be above my expectations than what i normally expect from a printing shop. Quality of the printout -- Love it. Worth every penny and the turn around time is fast.

Great quality of gloss finish on a heavy card stock as per what i requested for. Love them!

Was happy with services and attitude. However the quality control is not what I expected. Had discussed 2 sided but they invoiced and printed one sided. To be fair, they re-printed quickly. Also they did not use the provided printer cut lines on our full-bleed PDF and as a result the pages were not centered. The prices are competitive but I think they are inexperienced in some things still.

Bookmark s color was pretty as per what i see on my screen. Happy customer over here.

This is my first time writing a google review. I asked whether the shop has post card paper. Reply: "we have a lot of paper". So I asked specifically, post card paper? Exasperated reply: "we have a lot of paper, and if you want to enquire what price you need to choose what paper". I am not a paper expert. You guys are. I would think there are standards for post card paper and in any event he had not confirmed whether they have paper that is specifically for post cards. There's no point telling me that you have a lot of paper if that lot of paper does not include paper suitable for post cards. So I asked again - "so does that mean you have post card paper". In a very exasperated, irritated and rude tone: "as I already mentioned, we have a lot of paper". So I just said ok if you're so irritated responding to my question, then it's ok. It's not even about customer service but just manners. I was nothing but polite but the responses did not answer my question. I had a good experience with this place 2 years ago so I decided to come back for my printing needs. Not sure what happened.

Being ill is not an excuse for being ill-mannered. While I could have been understanding about the situation - the fact that the owner had to point out that his staff "is human" is clearly an attempt at sarcasm (he is obviously human) and a bid to levy some blame on me for not being understanding about his staff's illness that I knew nothing about. Your apology is half baked - there's no point in responding if so. Do not recommend. Please call in advance to check whether staff is feeling well before asking questions.

I should also mention that this was not the full extent of the conversation. There were other questions asked and answered in the same annoyed exasperated tone. I'm sorry I'm not a post card printing expert? Again I reiterate that the staff was so rude I was compelled to write a review - something that I have never done before.

I sent them a file to print a sample for a business card, they wanted me to get the 100 pcs and I explained that I do not want more than 10 cards and it will be just a waste of paper, I asked if it was possible to print on an A4 where you fit 10 cards, not even double side! and they say yes but won't even help to cut the lines when last time they were providing that type of service.... it is a joke that they try to push you to buy something and when you explain why you can't they get annoyed and remove a service out of the blue. A JOKE!

So funny that after the whole argument via email you decide to put on the review that the cutting is additional 5$ but never even bother to mentioned to me, just saying: no cutting and cut by myself at home.

Asked the same service in another shop close by(2 mins distance), no additional charge to cut, no issues from the beginning.

Ordered 7 boxes of namecards from them, upon FIRST ATTEMPT at collection, mistakes made were:
1. Uneven number of namecards per box. Ranging from 80 to 100. (Its supposed to be a hundred ea)
2. Ordered 2 boxes with rounded edges. Edge were JAGGED and uneven. When i asked why, she simply replied that its because they do it in batches.

I brought them back, and fair enough she agreed to replace some of them and recount those that were uneven, albeit with a terrible attitude.

On our SECOND ATTEMPT at collection,
1. Namecards were still of uneven quantity. (She even had the cheek to say that was due to her giving EXTRA for some) We counted them in her face, counted 80. (Supposed to be 100) Asked her to count and she counted 85. (At this point i really started to get worried because ive never met someone who couldnt at least count to 100 properly, and this woman is in charge of printing my namecards)
2. Some of the names of the namecards of the SAME PERSON were printed wrongly. (Example, one was, Dan Lua, another was Dan Lau)
3. 2 boxes of namecards were missing.

In actual fact, as im writing this its 22/10. Our namecard order was on 8/10. Still have not managed to collect all my goods. I'm going down today to collect whatever is remaining. Wish me luck!

Their slogan is, 'CHOOSE US AND YOU'LL NEVER LOOK BACK'.
I solemnly propose a slight change of wording, 'choose us and never COME back. Ever'

I have to give huge kudos to them for one thing though, they have been EXTREMELY CONSISTENT with their terrible attitudes. Oh right and consistent with their mistakes as well. Very.

There is an upfront payment and was told to give my billing details through email. I am not sure how it works but to give my card information just like that it is in fact, a violation of the PCI DSS security standards to provide card number and CVV information over an email. Can pay by PayPal but BUYER have to pay the 3.9% fee for them. Is the seller responsibility to pay the fee, not buyer. Is against Paypal TOS.

I hope this company understands what they are doing before getting any trouble.

For buyer, I suggest you to visit the store and pay there instead of doing online transaction.

Printed cards with them. Was satisfied with the quality of the printing. Some mixed experiences with the staff, some were helpful and friendly while others were rude and dismissive. At one point when I was checking the quantity and quality of the cards, I was told "this is not the way to check printing", but no assistance was rendered on how to check prints properly since I was checking my prints wrongly as this is my first time printing with them.

While quality is not in doubt, more consistent service attitude matters to customers. If service attitude improves, no doubt they will do well!

Had them to design a book for me and have it printed. I am satisfied.

During our correspondence via email to facilitate the payment process, the staff kept addressing me by the wrong name. The screenshot is just one of the correspondences between me and the shop.
Although the printing was good, the professionalism left a lot to be desired. Imagine being perpetually addressed by the wrong name, and the annoyance that it creates

Did a set of poker cards complete with boxes. It was a trouble to find a shop that can do it for a small quantity of 5. However, i managed to find them that did it for me in a reasonable pricing.

Got my business cards rather quickly and its really good quality thick 700GSM. I am happy with the price I paid.

The print job was actually ok, they did get the job done. But awful awful customer service. Very rude. I have never left a shop feeling angry like I did. Will not get into what happened because based on other bad reviews they will only try to defend themselves.

I required a wedding card design and I paid $150 for the design. The design was delivered to me within the next working day even though it was promised for 3 working days. A few revisions was made and it was printed by the next working day. I am impressed by the speed of the turnaround time and the quality at which it was produced. Only an in-house team can produce this fast.

I needed several things printed for a new business I was opening, The shop staff was great and super professional, provided my material on time, and because I was just opening, price was very important to me and their prices could not be beat!

Chose a material for my cards. The other shops don t seem to sell the material that I selected. Love my finishing!

Male staff had terrible attitude and treated me like an eyesore. Came for good reviews, left because of disappointingly bad service. Then I read their reviews again and noticed out of their 25 newest reviews there are 3 guys with surname Goh and 6 with surname Ong. Eugene Ong, Cheung Ong, Chevelle Ong, Michael Ong, Logan Ong, Amelia Ong LOL ran out of surnames? Go figure.

I have had real solid thick plastic cards printed with them. It feels like a credit card which was what i requested for. The real deal! I will go with them again.
