I made an enquiry three weeks before I decided to use them. I asked about the timeframe for roll up banner and they mentioned that it would take 3 working days. Submitted my order. I received it by the next working day. I guess it s a case over under promise and over delivery. No complaints on that.
They are just do not care the customer feeling and force you send your artwork before tbey giving the cost/price range. Maybe Business too good make them behave like this. Thisvis my 1st time writing google review, never so angry before

Went in full of hope to get a quotation for printing after reading through good reviews but end up with a very rude staff that was unfriendly and did not try to help. Utterly disappointing services. Was so looking forward to work with the company but no thanks to bad customer service.

Horrible experience. Staff originally were helpful and quite friendly, so I brought my files down in the afternoon- I wanted a 32 page book to be printed and bound (perfect binding).
Staff told me to come back in 3-4 hours, so I came back around 6 (after waiting the entire day) only to be given 32 loose sheets of printed paper. When I asked why it wasn't bound, the staff played dumb and told me that I didn't ask for binding.
I had stated CLEARLY that I wanted it to be bound, I had set up the bleed for binding and I must have said it at least 10 times, that I wanted it to be bound. If they honestly didn't know I wanted it to be bound, why did they ask me to come back in 3-4 hours, when printing 30 loose sheets takes under 20 minutes?
Not only that, 3 of the pages were printed incorrectly. When I pointed this out to the staff, they were quick to shift the blame and tell me "It's your file problem, not my fault". I've been looking at this file for the past 3 months, and I've had it printed by other printers without a problem. It is most certainly not my fault.
I ended up paying $61 for 32 pieces of printed paper. When I brought the same file to another printer, it was printed, cut and bound in under 30 minutes with no mistakes, and it only cost me ~$40.
In summary, the staff lied to me, made me wait 3-4 hours and then acted dumb when I questioned them. They also didn't own up to their own mistakes, and didn't offer a reprint. An overall horrible experience. Print That Now? More like Print That Never.

I went to print a book and the quality overall is not that great, the ink is not opaque, and printing does not look consistent some (some part looks darker than the rest), the ink also transferred to other page it is facing and the sample paper that were shown does not match the paper that were used when printed maybe the sample was too old and too used so it felt flimsier. For the price I paid, I'm very dissapointed.
