one of your box truck drivers almost caused an accident on 202 in Belchertown today, going about 15 over the speed limit and cutting me off. No worries I have it all on video, along with the truck plate number.

That whole place is just awful, never ever come here!!! I literally lost 1 hour, because I couldn t able to find the receiving office because of the mess, which was there, omg that place is sooo bad, so they charged me 300$! Late fee. If they would do normal signs with instructions where the carriers need to go, I wouldn t be late in that case! So you better make sure, that you gonna come here an hour before the appointment!

Very disappointed in this company that's supposedly family owned I was expecting more from them. I had applied for a position and interviewed, everything went fine didn't hear back and called back and emailed. Just got completely ignored, Definitely not a company I'd want to work for now after finding out how it is.

We have been a customer of J Polep for almost 20 y...

We have been a customer of J Polep for almost 20 years. During this time we have never had any dispute or payment issues. We received a call stating they would no longer provide delivery service due to the size of our account. We operate a gas station that has a small convenience store and over 20 years we have spent close to 1 million dollars with J Polep. I understand they have the right to choose not to service our account, however it seemed very surprising to me that they didn't want the business. The way they went about the cancellation was all wrong. How about giving us a weeks notice so we can find another supplier? Instead, they called on Tuesday to cancel the account and would not deliver our goods the next day. They refused to deliver orders that were already made, and as a result we ran out of product because we did not have another supplier set up. I tried to contact them regarding the situation numerous times and left messages but no one would call back. I would give them a F for customer service. I would not give them my business again even if they wanted it. They certainly don't appreciate their customers and they think they are doing YOU a favor by servicing your account. This was no way to end a 20 year business relationship!

I learned alot from my coworkers. I started out a selector moved to line leader and eventually made my way to supervisor. I recieved tons of coaching and support from upper management. They always encouraged me to be the best me. Time to move on I feel like they gave me the tools to handle myself at any distribution warehouse. I was grateful to work for this company.

I have a small convenience store gas station . I contacted J polep to open an account they sent me the forms . I filled them out and was called by gary Webster he told me that he would come out in a week to get us setup and that they had a 1500 dollar minimum . I told him that was no problem . He did not show up for a month and when he did he ran through the place and would not wait 10 minutes for me to return to meet with him ! so I placed no less than a dozen calls to him and also called his office and had them get him for me . He called me back and said that now the minimum would be three thousand a week and that he could not come out that week because he was going on vacation ! I explained to him again that my store was out of everything and I was in desperate need of supply's he said he would come as soon as he got back from vacation ! well that was a month ago and still no sign of him ! I have never in my life seen such blatant disrespect for a customer or lack of need for business for a company ! Absolutly no customer service at all !!! Shame on J polep for allowing people like this to be the first contact for new customers ! I have given up on J polep I guess that was what he wanted all along !

I used to work they over work u the pay is not great u got to work Sunday through Thursday nd if something goes wrong with there equipment it's usually the selector that gets blamed a order totally disappeared nd I lost my job over it even though someone took the order out in my name but they also said the order wasn't scanned in even though I know I know I did. There is also another of bias at that job I believe I was setup up by the same people that get all the favortisim the spanish. Last but not least it isn't the clean a place

They are some exploiters I had an accident 4 months ago at work and I had difficulties in the arm that hurt me and above that I kept working but in LD when the doctor discharged me the same day they put me in the heavy and hurt me but now I have EPICONDOLYTIS IN THE ELBOW and now 2 weeks ago they have me out of work and without paying me even the Doctor giving directions but they only care about exploiting the employee and then for any nonsense they throw it away ... maybe that's what They want to make me bounce but I still have not done it because I crash in that company and they never care about the sacrifice and the work that the employees do, they exploit it and the pay is not good to charge well, you have to exploit it

This company gives a 2nd chance to most people whom other companies wouldn't even consider. This is really beautiful, and this tells you alot about the founders and the JPolep family. They have 3 places for drivers so far i went to all 3 if your otr and refer you want to be in the middle of the yellow barrier i guess if dry you would turn into the same place and turn left was an hour early and still waiting for someone to check me in

As an outside carrier , I delivered late , (my fault) but to charge $300 late fee is utterly ridiculous, especially since there was no other truck there , I gave them 1 star because I couldn't find a minus star , oh , also if you get there early they charge $100 FYI .Truckers stay away ,

It s Saturday 3/24, at approximately 5pm, I was on my way home and one of your trucks was blocking the entire road going north on Broadway in East Providence, I ve been a driver for 20 years, drive everywhere in NE and NY, never have I seen someone put their truck and block an entire lane when there was room to pull over near the sidewalk, stupid and reckless, the entire time people are blowing their horns and the guys are laughing, would be really funny if it caused a accident!!! They had no regard for anyone else, complete amateurs and a disgrace to be representing your company!!!! I will be calling in as well on Monday morning!!!! You should be ashamed of the way your employees were acting, they are supposed to represent your name!!!

Terrible customer service. Did business with them for 20+ years. They didn't ship one week with no explanation. Calls went unanswered for over a week. I was finally told my account was too small, and not worth delivering. ( They still deliver to a business next door to me, 50 ft away, how logical is that?) Didn't have the decency to inform me of any pending action. Was left without product, scrambling to find another distributor before Memorial day weekend. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if site allowed it.

The worse distribution company in New England. We have been doing business with Jpolep for aver 15 years with a account worth around $25,000 a year (6 month seasonal). There was always problems here and there. But in the last 2 years this company as gone down hill fast. Horrible customer service from our rep Tom Matini and most of there supporting staff. (none of there higher up management will return your calls) They promise that your delivery will come on the usual delivery day, they don't show up and you have to wait until the following week to get your order. When your store doesn't receive the cigarettes, the beverages, the snacks and deli items you need every week, that is undependable. If you are looking for a distributor, don't pick JPolep, find a other distributor. And if you are already a customer, find a other distributor before they will screw your business eventually. I never write reviews but I needed to share with others my experiences with JPolep.

Worse company ever in US history I really want US Governor to put eye on this issue the entire manger supervisor and HR are racist they discriminate I saw supervisor dayn and her son they leave when ever they want and they don t care but we ones we done with our department they want us to work other departments and we work like robot until 8 am in the morning and another supervisor caught one lady her name is Carmen and supervisor name is eager he caught her using cell phone inside talking but he saw and didnt took any action the company is sucks they treat us like a animals and lie us .
