Reached out to primetime via the text feature on the website. I was in need of a new grill and wanted to buy locally. Seeing as they where broilking dealers what not a better place to look. I was contacted back in a short time and communicated with a rep named Austin. He did a great Job communicating all day and ended up finding me the perfect grill. After the sale was finalized I was contacted by the delivery coordinator Eric. He set up a delivery three days later. The delivery showed up 45 minutes early and everything was perfect. I would recommend anyone to primetime A+ sales and service. Thanks Austin, eric and delivery team for the experience.

Great overall experience. The installer did a great job running hidden cables behind my fireplace. My TV had a manufacture defect after one week, and a new TV was brought to my house quickly. Great customer service and knowledge the big box stores don t have.

I went into Primetime Audio/Video thinking I knew about audio and what I wanted to buy. Within 5 minutes I was taught so much about audio and what makes a good system that I did a total 180 on what I wanted.

If you want to learn about what you're buying or just have general questions about TV and audio systems, go to Primetime Audio and ask for Will. He was honest and open about everything he showed me and never pushed me to buy anything I didn't want. He had an answer for every question and a metaphor so that I could understand fully what I was buying.

Whenever I need a new TV, sound system, or if I'm just seeking an honest answer to a question, I will be heading to Primetime Audio. An honest, local business you can trust! I love my new sound system!

I went to Primetime Audio/Video to purchase a tv. My salesperson was ,Will ,who did a great job explaining the Sony TV that interested me. He was very knowledgeable about the tv and the accessories that I might need. I went to Primetime ,also, because I wanted a reliable person to install my tv. It was a satisfying experience.

Today was my first visit to Primetime and I was fortunate to have Will Rowell assist me in buying a Tv, Bose system and etc. Will was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain all the different selections available and politely answered my many questions. We purchased a TV, sound system and a couch from Primetime. We had Keegan and Austin as our salesman. The installation of our TV and sound system went perfect. Yesterday Pat and George delivered our couch. Very respectable and very helpful answering all my questions. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We would recommend.

I was referred by many different people to go to Primetime Audio-Video. I was on the market to replace a tv and was concerned about pricing and frankly buying the correct TV for the room from size and picture to the type of picture. I went to a big box store and the dept of knowledge wasn't there. I headed to Prime Time and Will (Super Smart and Professional). We spent about an hour talking about my requirements. He showed me the differnet types of pictures and directed me to the one that would best fit the room and my specs and budget. SUPER HAPPY with the purchase and the way he took care of the whole transaction. I have been back often to ask questions and make additional purchases. From cables and furniture to TV's and speakers. I've been dealing with them for four years Everyone from the Gm Kirk to the installers and guys in Service (Dan) to my guy Will. I don't write many reviews but these guys are the best in town and thought I would let you know.

Worked with Will Rowell. Will was very knowledgeable about the Samsung TV that I had researched on your website. Explained everything very well. Went with the 90t 55". Our previous one we bought from Will was 50". He gave us a discount on new hdmi cable and 5 yr warranty. Overall a very good experience!

Special thanks to Will Rowell, for going way above and beyond selling me an excellent Samsung QLED TV. This incredibly patient and kind man spend time carrying my tv into my car and later, via phone, help this 70+ lady navigate the buttons and settings to make my new tv the best I've ever had.

Purchased a television and the following week it went on sale, asked them to honor the price and they wouldn t. Bad customer service on their part especially when Best Buy is across the street with the same deals. Lost my business

My TV died yesterday, May 13, 2020...smack in the middle of the Covid-19 shutdown. I was in a slight panic, thinking what else could go wrong,....phoned the Primetime # and was assisted immediately by Will Rowell. Will was very patient in listening to my situation. I explained that I have limited tech skills, no mechanical ability. I have relied on my husband of 40 years to provide the necessary electronic toys. I'm now a widow and need a lot of help in shopping from home to replace my 30 year old TV.

Will spent a lot of time guiding me to web sites, helping me figure out the size and style of the cabinet/choice of TV, etc. Long story, longer...My new toy will be delivered, installed, all programmed for action TOMORROW between 3 and 5 pm. This will be done by Eric, who will make sure it all works before he places the remote in my hand and hauls all the old stuff.

My vocabulary cannot come close to describing how thrilled I am to have encountered such a delightful, competent, patient person as Will Rowell.

I know that everyone has their own story to go with their Coved-19 isolation worries....Will has solved a HUGE problem for me. Thank You, Will Rowell , Eric and whomever else at Primetime A V !!!!!

Ordered a speaker from out of state I had trouble finding elsewhere. Salesman Will was very helpful and hand-checked stock for me. Great communication on the order, courteous and helpful salespeople, and fast shipping. I d buy from them again.

Since 1994 we have purchased all of our audio video equipment from Prime Time. They have helped us make decisions on what we need versus what we think we need. Always helpful to troubleshoot a problem and answer any questions. I am confident recommending them to friends and family.

They were informative, even if they couldn't do the repairs I needed themselves.

If your serious about your audio video tech, expanding your wifi or adding security this is the place to go. They are indeed experts in thier field.

Needed a repair and purchase. Dan repaired our equipment quickly and offered excellent and friendly customer service.

Their website advertised a specific item that I wanted to purchase, even though in another state. Hard to find item. They confirmed it was in stock but when asked for shipping cost and timeframe, they refused to give a price and time, saying they were too small of company to take risk of shipping anything. Hard to even get a specific person on the phone who knew anything. I would recommend staying away from them for any online ordering. Go buy from them if you live down the street, but otherwise, go see best buy or someone else.
FOLLOW UP - And to make it worse ... their response to my review below is a COMPLETE LIE. They said I told them I have relatives in the area that could pick up unit. Never said that as it's not true. I only asked them for shipping cost and turn time and after asking 8-10 times, they said they didn't want to ship anything after someone earlier said they would. Liars and deceptive. Avoid them.

I appreciate the service of Austin at Primetime on a busy day during and after the sale.

We have used prime time for 11 years, honest, reliable, courteous and knowledge beyond compare. Big box and Walmart can't provide knowledge or service.

Prime time Audio /Video has terrible telephone customer service, it is is similar to the Dell computers customer service, if you don't have an extension you get the OWNER's voice mail. I paid for a Dish Network installation and did not hear from the installation dept for a week, well Dish Network charged me $88.05 for the first month already and did not hear from Prime time until Friday a week later after I had called their office all week and left voice mails for the owner Eric. PrimeTime installers are the best installers I have ever had. I think the problem is the owner does not know how to run a retail business with customer service. I would definitely never suggest primetime to any of my friend. They never answer there phones. It must be new owners.

Decided to come and have a look after best buy wouldn't let people in to shop. Glad i did. Will Rowell was knowledgeable and informative. He help us find the best for our target prices and brought attention to things we would have never considered until we would have come to those bridges. I Spent more on a mount and HDMI cable than I ever would have but for the quality to go with the tv and sound bar we purchased Id do it again. Hats off to these guys. During this craziness going on, being able to go in and shop without having to suffocate my face made me feel normal. Support your local buisnesses. I will shop here again before I step back in best buy.

Prime Time video was more than a pleasant experience! Randy was a great person to deal with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Showed me all the TVs that I was interested in and they were all in stock. At this time they were very busy so had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery but well worth it. Chad and George did the installation. Couldn t ask for better guys! Was very fun to have these guys at my place. Very personable and polite young men. Talk to them about Xbox and other game devises. They both had good information. George was programming the tv and said that if I was gonna get an Xbox I need another hgmi cable so they took the tv down and installed that for me. Just can t say enough about my sales person Randy and the guys who installed!(Chad and George). Thanks guys! Totally satisfied!

One star is too much for a rating. Our home video surveillance system worked for a while but it was a downhill run to the bottom and was a waste of money and a waste of our time. We found another security company that installed a high quality HD system that works and has exceptional quality and a better warranty with better service. Please stick to selling TVs, not security camera systems.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH SERVICE WORK! No disclosure on service fees! I had over $5,000 worth of equipment and service done for our home audio system, I knew it would be expensive but I just wanted it done. A few months later my Bose sound touch stopped working I called and told them that was the problem "alright we will send someone out" they drop a bill for $129 to install it (plug it in and a minute or two to set it up). Not at any point was there any mention that there would be a charge, especially $129 at 1/2 hour. 7 sent bills later I finally call to tell them how the bill is unjust and I will not pay. "we have been doing it this way since 94" does not mean its right, you can't just charge without letting the customer know what your fees are or that there will be any fees at all. $5,000 and they lose my business over $129! "Ill let the owners know" Heres a tip! Be upfront with your customers and then they can decide what they would like to spend their money on. Nobody wants an unexpected bill, especially from something THEY chose to install and didn't even last a few months.

First time visited this location. Clean, well organized, and showrooms are phenomenal! My Subwoofer went out and needed a replacement quickly before the holiday begin. I was referred by a buddy of mines. The staff there were great! Austin guide me to the right direction for a perfect subwoofer replacement for home theater system. I ended up with SVS PB2000 Pro. This is by far the best subwoofer I ve ever experienced for a home theater system. Highly recommend them if you ever need any home sound system upgrades! Knowledgeable staff as well! I will be coming back for my future upgrades.

I recently needed to buy a new Tv following a family room remodel. Not being current on Tv technologies or capabilities, I went to prime time looking for help. There I met Will (Rowell) who ran me through the options and helped me make the decision. A new tv is being ordered and will be installed by Prime Time.

PrimeTime is my go to vendor when we need electronics of any kind. They are locally owned and want your business. Austin has worked with me on quite a few purchases and is an example of exemplary customer service . He is more than happy to demonstrate items in the showroom but he also communicates back to you quickly on price checks and product questions. Indeed, Austin has texted back and forth with me about so many products. He makes purchasing decisions so easy.
