Prime time Audio /Video has terrible telephone customer service, it is is similar to the Dell computers customer service, if you don't have an extension you get the OWNER's voice mail. I paid for a Dish Network installation and did not hear from the installation dept for a week, well Dish Network charged me $88.05 for the first month already and did not hear from Prime time until Friday a week later after I had called their office all week and left voice mails for the owner Eric. PrimeTime installers are the best installers I have ever had. I think the problem is the owner does not know how to run a retail business with customer service. I would definitely never suggest primetime to any of my friend. They never answer there phones. It must be new owners.
