My TV died yesterday, May 13, 2020...smack in the middle of the Covid-19 shutdown. I was in a slight panic, thinking what else could go wrong,....phoned the Primetime # and was assisted immediately by Will Rowell. Will was very patient in listening to my situation. I explained that I have limited tech skills, no mechanical ability. I have relied on my husband of 40 years to provide the necessary electronic toys. I'm now a widow and need a lot of help in shopping from home to replace my 30 year old TV.

Will spent a lot of time guiding me to web sites, helping me figure out the size and style of the cabinet/choice of TV, etc. Long story, longer...My new toy will be delivered, installed, all programmed for action TOMORROW between 3 and 5 pm. This will be done by Eric, who will make sure it all works before he places the remote in my hand and hauls all the old stuff.

My vocabulary cannot come close to describing how thrilled I am to have encountered such a delightful, competent, patient person as Will Rowell.

I know that everyone has their own story to go with their Coved-19 isolation worries....Will has solved a HUGE problem for me. Thank You, Will Rowell , Eric and whomever else at Primetime A V !!!!!
