So far, (I need to drive use and see)No complaint about how their work and or how the fob/vehicle works, but a big complaint about the time management. Just was saving my sister a trip, so I stopped by thought it would take 15 for them to activate the key fob....... Their is a lack of communication..... They send you to the waiting room. They don't tell you this will take 80 minutes, because they will have some woman drive your car like she's Pernelli to get the car washed.
They assume that when arrive your wanting to make a day of it.
They should have asked if I would like to have the car washed.
I missed another appointment as I sat in waiting, feeling like my vehicle had been hijacked.
I guess they assume that everyone knows what the program is. I was told that the car was hand washed.....I have no proof of that as of yet. When I sun comes out, I can tell. I could definitely still feel all the pitch still on the car (unfortunately it was parked near our fir tree) they rinsed the dust off basically.
The car needs to be detailed by Herrings here in Sweet Home.
I'd have declined the wash. If the car had not been in this condition with special attention needed,
I would have appreciated the car wash, if I had had enough time.
