They are amazing and welcoming, especially Ben whom kindly explained in a way i could understand and made my desktop run smoothly and fast.

My computer completely crashed and it was already after 5PM. I contacted Ben who was already out of the office for the day... he turned right around and headed back to the office for me. He took the time to explain the corruption on my hard drive and methodically repaired and rebuilt the computer (while I waited). He managed to, not only get the computer working, but now it's lightning fast. It starts up in seconds, not minutes! He went further out of his way to restore data from the deffective drive and sent it to my computer directly the following day. Painless, trustworthy professional service at a reasonable rate! I'm glad I got to know Ben and his company. I highly recommend them if your experiencing any computer repair or service issues.

Great company for computer repair. I had an older system I needed repaired, others said no to repairing it but Ben and his team did otherwise. Friendly, professional, prompt with replies and updates on repairs, my computer not only works the way it did but it's much better, thanks to errors that made it very slow. I traveled from pretty far to see these guys, totally worth it. Thank you!!

If you want quick and accurate help, then you need to contact these guys. I watched the tech remote into my computer. He kept his word on what he would do, and how quick he was.
Everything he did he explained clearly.
I will not hesitate again to call Primary, when I need a positive end result.

Ben & his team are truly awesome. I found this company just by googling computer repair and within the first call I got Ben and explained to him the problem with my laptop. He immediately said 'no problem' and drove straight to my office out of the way to fix it. Even though it was expected to be an hour for the fix he ended up staying much longer as my laptop was definitely an anomaly but he would not leave until it was completely fixed (and didn't charge extra). On top of it gave recommendations for our business IT needs, what we need to optimize & improve our IT operations. We were in touch again for a new printer. He researched the proper printer, purchased it for us and set it all up. Total dream for a business owner. Plus he's so super nice. I feel like I found an IT wizard and will 100% be calling on him & his team on our IT solutions as we expand.

Had issues with my iPhone/Ipad/Macbook and all the connectivity that goes between them. I'm not technically inclined and Ben just translated it into something simple. He just made it happen. No fuss.

Ben and his staff were very professional and explained the process of data recovery to me in great detail. I am very happy that I made the choice to go with them when one of my important thesis documents was corrupted. They were honest and transparent through the process. Ben and his team took care of me. They took the time to explain and setup everything I needed. He even recorded the steps so that I can remember how to do the steps in the future. They were great! Highly recommend them.

Ben and his team were very responsive and extremely helpful. As a small business owner and one that is always on the go. Spending time on upgrading your pc and systems is often daunting. Not anymore! I will continue to use Primary Support as my go to when revising any of my systems.

Great experience. My laptop wasn't operating properly. Ben promptly logged in remotely and got right to it. He removed things that were conflicting and cleared up my system. Finally works as it should. I'll be upgrading my computer and won't hesitate to contact him for that as well. Reasonable and professional service. Highly recommend.

I have to say, I was in a serious jam , with my computer . Ben came in, and totally rearranged my computer, making it function , so I could work easily. They are very experienced, showed up right on time, and they take the time to explain, how things work. I also love that, they gave me great solutions to avoid further issues, and options on how to keep my devices running smoothly. I highly recommend them, they are trustworthy, and that is very important, when a stranger comes to your home. Ben went even further out of his way, and helped me with another file issue , I was having with a client and helped them too, by effectively getting us our information.
