We have had our Rainsoft system for many years now and have loved it. On time, personable and knowledgable. Very rare for service companies of any kind anymore... Very pleased

Worse customer service ever! When putting in the system a wire was cut causing no power to outdoor building and pool had to call electrician to locate where wire was cut. It was under the rainsoft system. I have called and left messages no one will return my calls. Would not recommend using this company.
Very please with everything from the service to the installation. Everyone we dealt had a very pleasant and upbeat attitude. Installation was quick clean and correct!
I am incredibly disappointed to find that I was lured into a sales pitch with the fear tactic that my water quality could kill me. These types of strategies are dishonest and reflect poorly on your company. Additionally, had I known that the in-home "water-test" was going to be a 90 minute presentation, I would have not been interested. I am sure the reason you don't tell unsuspecting homeowners this bit is because you think you will find someone you can take advantage of more easily. Awful, terrible experience.
Just got my rainsoft system installed last week and I am loving the water I can tell the difference between what I thought was good and what is actually excellent water the service was great and I highly recommend WCW and air
