I have to say, I was in a serious jam , with my computer . Ben came in, and totally rearranged my computer, making it function , so I could work easily. They are very experienced, showed up right on time, and they take the time to explain, how things work. I also love that, they gave me great solutions to avoid further issues, and options on how to keep my devices running smoothly. I highly recommend them, they are trustworthy, and that is very important, when a stranger comes to your home. Ben went even further out of his way, and helped me with another file issue , I was having with a client and helped them too, by effectively getting us our information. Thanks so much to the Primary Support team. I am much more confident on my devices as well. I will defend be using them again
