Primary Services is amazing! Since graduating in May 2019 I had been applying relentlessly for over a month and within one week they were able to place me within a Fortune 500 Company. Their Career Workshop was very helpful and informative, they showed me important factors to include in resumes, interviews and LinkedIn. Eric, Alyssa and Carrie were there for me throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had.

I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Never worked with them really. Currently employed somewhere and wanted a change. (Mainly being able to work remotely opportunities. ) i got reached out to by one of their recruiter called Grant Sylvester via LinkedIn with a job description that really matched my experience (and I guess that's why he reached out in the first place.) It was remote opportunity. I called his office to discuss the role with him so I could get submitted for it. And the receptionist said he was in a meeting and would be calling back in 15 to 30minutes.
I called back in about 3hrs later when I didn't get a call back and was told he will follow up this time. What the receptionist relayed to him as information apparently was that I didn't want to be called back. Lol. At least, that's what he said when he responded to my msg on LinkedIn.
So the next week after not getting a call back for 3 days, I called back and I have been told he would call me back within 30minutes. This time, he did followup. For him to tell me that they are no longer submitting applicants for that role. A role he reached out to himself and was unable to properly follow up. It is very unprofessional not to do what you say you will do in business. I understand people could get busy during the day, but no f
Living up to your word, does affect your credibility. And that is an intangible asset in business relationship.
However, When he finally called back, it was with quite a polite tone almost professional. Almost,, because, apparently using his own words, an applicant calling in twice in one business day, is "alarming". Lol.
I just smiled in my head. Because another way to look at it, is that someone who does that is someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait for things to happen. It is someone that makes things happen.

Working with Primary Services has been a great experience! The team has been professional, helpful, and extremely kind. Antonio, Alyssa, and Attiya have been so helpful and have made this experience so pleasant. I highly recommend working with this company!

Wish I could give negative stars. They do not return phone calls or emails. They only care about their clients not their candidates. If you have an issue with your job forget help from them. Don't waste your time. Only good thing about them is their payroll system.I worked with them for almost 2 years and only found one decent recruiter there and she works at a client company as liaison. Run!!

I think they have good contracts with clients or at least they used to. I've dealt with two recruiters in the last two months and they will ignore you completely until they have something for you. Completely unprofessional I'm sure they don't treat their clients like this but the jobseekers are treated like a number.

They were able to find me a job with a company I've always wanted to work for!

I spoke with Grant in the Katy office at first i thought he meant business because he said he wanted to interview me, but guess what he was so distracted in the interview made me waist my gas and time.

Primary Services is aptly named because they make finding you a job/assignment their primary goal, immediately. I was referred to this company through a friend of mine who was a former temp and was encouraged to contact them. I did and I couldn't have been more pleased. From the time I interviewed with my assigned staffing representative to the time of my first assignment, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and consistency. I never felt like I was lost in the shuffle - which is an experience I had with a couple of other temp agencies. I was also assigned to work at top notch companies and organizations. Fortunately, I was hired on as a full-time employee at one of them. I would recommend anyone to them. They are THE best! Two thumbs WAAAAAAAY up!

On Friday, 10/4/2019 I had the pleasure of meeting some amazing women when I came into the office to complete my onboarding. I have never seen an employment agency with such a high-end, upscale look, but not stuffy. There were dogs walking around in the back.

Everyone I came in contact with were professional, helpful and kind. The atmosphere was so warm, friendly and welcoming. The way all the staff interacted with everyone there was something I had never experienced before. Example: I had overheard one conversation of someone getting their job assignment and the lady was explaining that she would meet her there the first day to show her exactly where to go, introduce her to the employer, and be available for any questions. I was so impressed by this.

I met with Sherri (Compliance), who was wonderful! And the highlight of my day was Mrs. Attiya Han (Care)! Words cannot express what she gave me that day! Her positive and loving spirit lit up the room. She is an absolute asset to the company! I look forward to working with her. Best experience ever and I am excited for the partnership. My experience started off positive but has turned out horrible. I applied for a position. Went in and did all the testing. Was told my resume would be submitted to the company. Got a call a week later to say the Energy company I applied to had hired all they were going to hire. But I did not apply for the energy company. They then tried to talk me into being submitted for a collections position which I have no experience with and it was a 42 mile drive from my house. Then over the weekend I saw the original position I applied for posted again so I sent my resume again. Got a call first thing Monday morning and was told they would schedule me for an interview but have yet to hear back. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

This is my first experience working with a Contracting service. Attiya was incredibly helpful, patient and very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for employment to go through Primary. The website is easy to navigate through as well.

I've worked with Primary twice in the past 2 1/2 years on separate occasions. The first, I was offered a job with NRG a few hours after my inerview and the second, I was offered a job with Shell one hour after being interviewed. Needless to say, both of those companies are difficult to get your foot in door without the help of Primary. I'm still with Shell at the moment and I can say, I've learned a lot at each position, while being able to make lasting connections with not only those I work with, but with my recruiter Brenna - who is truly top of the line. I would recommend Primary to anyone who is need of a good job with good potential for exposure. You can't go wrong.

Primary Services were very instrumental in landing the type of job that I was targeting in IT. From the one on one meetings to the invaluable workshops that allowed you to work with people that where experts in the fields of resume writing, and getting the most out of LinkedIn, and job posting sites. They were excited rather I was able to find employment through them or through other means using the knowledge and tools they provided. They are worst, I applied for a position and I Had to chase them about my application.

I had been trying to change industries for months but was having a hard time because of the lack of experience in that industry. Most other recruiters dismissed me but Primary Services brought me in, took the time to talk to me and understood exactly what I was looking for. 7 years later I am using Primary Services again and it has been a pleasure working with Attiya and Caitlyn. They helped make my transition to a new position smooth and effortless. This is the second time I've used them and would recommend them to anyone!

Lied about the position as a contract assignment when it was in fact temporary. No follow through when the assignment has ended. Offer no help in finding new assignments.

Customer service here is amazing! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and really nice! I'm glad I have a opportunity to work with Primary Services !!!

Submitted my resume on the primary website and immediately was contacted by Marlene Sanchez. I explained to her what I was looking for and aligned me with several interviews that fit my job search. I was successful in being hired through one of their clients. Marlene was excellent and walking me step by step until I got hired. Would highly recommend.

Called me numerous times about job openings and tell me they are going to send me and email of the job description. Out of the 7 times they called me about a job and then tell me they are going to send me a email of the job description, I have actually gotten 1 email. They do not ever respond to emails and never answer phone calls. And when you go in for the visit they basically hype you up after you meet every one and one man in the back asks what school did you attend and then he yells " I went to that school lets get him/her a job" how do I know that? Because 3 people that I know went there and they all said they got the same greeting and none of us went to the same school but he surprisingly is an alumni of all the schools we went to. They are paid actors I swear.

Very friendly and willing to work with you. Had a great experience here and it s a very friendly environment felt welcomed as soon as I enetered.

I've had a great experience with Primary Services! One of their recruiters, Alex, found me on LinkedIn and reached out about a job. He was super friendly and helped me throughout the interview and hiring process. Monica helped me out with my hiring paperwork and she was very nice. When another person was unable to give me a benefits orientation Monica stepped in and helped me as much as she could. I hate to say my experience has taken a nose dive with Primary Services even though I had a really great opening experience with them. Unfortunately, the team dropped the ball in holding up to those 5 star ratings they easily get by forgetting they have to maintain that same level of courtesy and professionalism throughout the duration of your time with them.

Granted, what I had a disappointing experience about, eventually got fixed but it s unfortunate that it s gotten to that point.

This company gets soo many great reviews which I believe are deserving in the beginning but sadly I ve learned those stars can start to fade the longer you deal with them and truly see if they can hold up to the initial impressions.

I don t believe anyone will have a bad first impression on primary walking into the door ( even though I ve heard different) but hopefully you don t find yourself needing them for anything after you have been placed on assignment. That s where you ll really get to see if those 5 stars are still worth it. Or maybe they ll listen to client concerns and remedy the prospect issues before it turns into an unpleasant experience for someone else.

I did not find this agency useful. Went all the way there, waited a long time to meet the recruiter, she took me to meet a lot of people, told me how a great candidate I was and that there was a lot of opportunities for my experience to join some of their clients. Every body was very nice, but it was a waste of time, I never ever heard back from them again and didn't got a call back after my voice messages. I don't see the point on going through an agency if I can apply directly on the career sites from one of their customers, was really a waste of my time and gasoline.

I submitted an application with Primary Services for a position with an energy company. Got a call back saying they wanted to interview, went to the interview the same day. My recruiter was very nice and got my hopes all up about the "different opportunities" I would have by joining their staffing agency. Two days later my recruiter said that the energy company wanted a second interview. Went to the second interview and was told that they would let my recruiter know if they wanted me for the position. I tried calling and emailing my recruiter over 5 times and i've yet to receive any type of response.. it's been two weeks. They're very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disorganized!! The least you could do is answer my email saying something, rather than get my hopes up and then ignore me for two whole weeks !!!!

Everyone there greets you with a smile. It is such a welcoming feeling. I ve used temporary agencies before, this by far has been the best!!! I ve been searching for employment for 6 months. Alex reached out to me through LinkedIn and the rest is history. I am so thankful for Primary Services!!!!
