Primary Services has a team that is dedicated, helpful, and professional in all aspects. They have the necessary sources to create a way for you to get the position that will point (or put) you toward your desired career path. I had the pleasure of Working with Candace McKenney as my recruiter and all I can say is that she says what she means. I told her my goal during our introduction meeting and she said she can get me in the energy sector. It happened. I graduated a couple of years ago from a well-know business school and I had some life-changes that kept me out of the desired field that I wanted to have. I told Candace my situation and she proactively (I did not have to ask her) found jobs through her colleagues that would put me in the energy sector. She has great followup on positions that are compatible with my goals. They also provide you with tools and tips for interview preparation. This company moves as a team, and it was my pleasure working with them.

Do not take the job if they send you to work for the dental call center. The manager was very rude. She would always be yelling at the employees and this place didn't even care.

Onboarding was quite simple- Frank made the process very easy and kept in good contact throughout.

Primary Service is great at reaching out to you and making sure you are well. They genuinely care about you and your success. Everyone is great!

Attiya and Maria both have played major pivotal roles in getting onboarding complete as well as being genuinely caring throughout the process. They both have been informative and consistent and it makes me even more excited about getting back in the sales role, thank you for making my experience great !

SCAMMERS!!! Primary Services lied about a job (twice)! Mallory & the rest of the staff are unprofessional & liars. They used me just to get a 5 stars review ( bc that s all they care about) they wasted my time & made me lose real job opportunities. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

I completed an application for a role with Primary Services on a Saturday and received a phone call from the recruiter on Monday morning - less than ten days later I had a job offer in hand. The team is very efficient, highly communicative and full of positive energy. My recruiting team and on-boarding team have been terrific!

I have worked with Primary Services on multiple occasions. They have always done their very best to place me in a position that is right for me and their Client. Primary Services is racially bias. If you are not a WHITE HISPANIC the entire staff will look at you sideways. They don't care how smart, how much experience you have etc. They pick and choose who they want to represent. . Marlene Sanchez has a terrible attitude.

Staff was friendly from the reception to the HR. Attiya and Alec were very detailed and professional. I highly recommend to seek the job opportunities they have to offer.

Worst experience I've ever had. They contacted me for a position at Jonas Fitness doing customer service. I went in and did all the interviews. Then I got an email saying that the company decided to not hire anyone. Three weeks later I get an email from Crystal telling me if I'm still interested in the job that there was a misunderstanding. I go in for another interview and fill out all the new hire paperwork, she called me telling me that I got the job and start on Thursday (it's Tuesday). I give up another job opportunity because this position at Jonas fitness was only 15 min from my house and had better pay. On Wednesday I get a call from crystal telling me that the person who's spot I was taking decided to stay with the company for more time and I wont be able to start like we had planned. She said she would email me more assignments but never heard from her again even after sending emails trying to reach out. This place is a complete waste of time. Not once but twice I got tricked into thinking I was gonna start a position, I even let go of another opportunity because I was reassured I would start the assignment only to not be true. Employment agencies are the worst and this one is the epitome of them all.

My experience at Primary Services have not only been amazing but it has been so easy! This office is beautiful and very well organized! Mackenzie at the front desk is fantastic! She was very helpful and informative with everything, she s doing a great Job. I had my interview with Maria, she was extraordinary. Again very helpful, informative and sweet. Usually I feel nervous at interviews, but she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I loved her! The last person I came into contact with is Attiya Han. AGAIN, very informative and helpful! She was great, and very caring. She was so sweet and the conversation we had actually made my day. If I could give this office more stars I would. I loved it!

My experience at primary services was awesome starting from my walk in with the nice receptionist up to my recruiter Alexis. Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful. Attila made me feel very welcomed and pleased with my decision on joining the team. I can t wait to recommend more friends to join the team as well!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Attiya, oh my gosh!! It was a joy. She s very well spoken and very patient throughout helping me get on Zoom and talking to me explaining my process. We worked very well together throughout our meetings and I was a little sad today was our last one. Also I have Grant to work with throughout my employment, and it was also like wonderful speaking to him. I was getting excited off the energy he gives out and they both in a whole kept a smile on my face. I can t wait for my journey with NRG RELIANT!

I had went in a little nervous but when I walked in and sat down with Liz Canan to do my interview, we immediately start talking and she so amazing and assuring! She made the experience 100 times less nerve wrecking and made me feel comfortable.

I had a very positive personal experience. Everybody I interacted with in the galleria location was extremely warm and helpful (Oja in particular), I would definitely recommend Primary Services to somebody else in the future! Brenna Fisher (from the Shell/Motiva site) also continues to be a fantastic resource and is very helpful, I feel comfortable approaching her with any possible troubles I may have in the future. Working with Primary has been an all around great experience so far!

From my own personal experience they are horrible and unorganized. The receptionist were rude. The recruiters were very friendly and kind. The company is horrible on getting back with you. I have personally sent out 2 emails out and have not gotten in touch with no one. It's already been 2 weeks and no one has reached out to me. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to this place. It's such a disappointment.

Everyone was great and amazing especially Grant and Alec. They take super care of you and explain the process throughly. They make sure you leave satisfied.would definitely recommend them.

My experience with Primary Services was a positive one. The office is easy to find The employees I interacted with were friendly. The atmosphere was professional, but not stuffy. The two HR employees I met were helpful and knowledgeable.

During this pandemic things have been rough. I'm so overwhelmed with Primary Services I don't know how to put it into words. Firstly, Grant is sooo very genuine and helpful. I can reach out to him and he responds promptly. I'm never left out on the progress or confused about what I should be doing. I got hired on with a project I am very excited to start! Then there is Mrs Attiya in the Care department. YES they have a Care Department. She is motivating and so great at her job. My goals were HER goals. I have found Primary to be very responsive and caring in providing quality assignments. My first introduction was through Christopher Gonzales, who is no longer with the company, yet Natalie has been a strong resource in providing leadership for a number of interviews and assignments in the past and present along with her team.. Even when the price of oil took a big drop Primary was consistent in providing job assignments that allowed me to work until things got better and this has been and is greatly appreciated. The main watch words with Primary are remain positive and be at least willing to work any assignment until that dream assignment comes along. After all attitude determines altitude in a lot of cases.

Huge shout out to the staff at Primary Services! Caitlin Hill was a great recruiter who helped me find a great contract position. Monica & Attiya did a great job getting me on-boarded and explained everything I needed to know. If you're looking for a company that will work hard for you, this is the one.

Do not waste your time with this agency if you are searching for jobs. They will literally pick up the phone and hang up without saying anything. I called 3 times and each time someone answered and hung up within a matter of seconds. They do not answer your calls from the main company phone or their personal cell phones. And they will not respond via email either. Again, do not waste your time!

I have been with Primary Servives since 2011. They have always been very caring. This is especially true during COVID19. They check regularly to see how I am.

I was referred to Primary Service from an old coworker. This has been the best agency experience. I been working with Pooja. She always been kind and definitely follow back up quickly with me. She has worked hard finding me the right position. It was also a pleasure coming into the office and meeting the other primary team members, which they were very nice. Attiya walk me through the onboard process and answer all my questions. I m looking forward working with this agency because it does not feel like I m just another employee number getting a paycheck. Feel like they really care about putting me back to work and concerned about my needs.

On boarding was very easy Sherri was very precise and responsive any time I reached out or had any questions she answer them right away Or got back in contact with me as soon as possible Definitely one of the best on boarding I have been through in a while

They promise you the world but never deliver. They call you telling you they have something for you but you never get an interview and they are impossible to follow up with.

Horrible experience. I was hired, went through the 10 day background process and even attended orientation. I received a call from Marlene the DAY before training, telling me that I was now an alternate because there were only 10 spots available. So I could only keep the position if someone did not show up to class. Very unprofessional, I have never experienced an agency so disordered.

Primary services have been so great. They are very professional, and all staff members are nice. As soon as you come into contact with their staff you are made to you feel comfortable. They make it very easy to ask questions, and the onboarding process is going fast. They are prompt , and they communicate with you consistently throughout the process. I came in 10 am for an interview and although it was a lengthy process the staff were filled with positive energy. Everyone from the recruiters to the receptionists were very kind and helpful. I was placed at a job site called "Vista Energy." More than job placement, they make me feel like i matter. They give me the support needed to push through. Nice people but very unprofessional. I wasn't told how to report hours for the first month. Instructions are very unclear and the recruiter told me to take down my braids so that I don't look too ethnic. They gave me an assignment at a highly racist company. I requested to be removed but they denied me. After refusing to pray at the assigned company I was terminated and now Primary won't return my emails. Smh.

I had a wonderful experience attending a Coffee Shop Workshop at Primary Services. From the start, I could feel the warmth and how the main goal was to help everyone there succeed in finding employment. I highly recommend attending a workshop here as well as utilizing them when you are looking for your next job opportunity!

Update 6/17/2019: I would still highly recommend them for their workshops. For the job search not so much. At first communication was quick; however, I am getting the feeling I'm being ghosted. A simple "we don't have anything" when I call or send an email will suffice but I get nothing but the voicemail or unanswered email. This could just depend on the recruiter and not the company as a whole.

Update 8/14/2019: Just spoke with a another recruiter, Ms. Hill. She was so engaging and forthcoming with information and to keep me informed. As I stated before, I do believe it depends on the recruiter you work with and not so much the company as a whole.
