Primary services has made this job experience great. The employees are truly awesome. A great company to work for.

The good, the bad, the ugly. Be Forewarned. THE GOOD: I too like several other posters relocated from another city and was able to find a solid $15/hr paying gig through Primary Services. If you have a college degree & solid work history, they will act fast and get you a job (usually temp-to-hire contracts that last a yr @min). THE BAD: the downtown gig I landed had the predictable Corp Am politics. Lazy F/T staffers who watch U like a hawk while pushing their workload onto yours. Aggressive bosses who act like they have your best interest but are true slavedrivers. This would be all fine and well except Primary Services will NOT support U. They care more about the money their making off of you from the client to be concerned with how you're treated. Fact! THE UGLY: I worked a job for almost a full yr putting up with this crap. I finally decided to pursue other options and less than 30 days before the end of my contract, I quit to take another gig--though ONLY after the manager made it clear they were financially unable to hire any of the temps. I later found out years after the fact my previous Manager completely trashed me to Primary which put me on some kind of blacklist (LOL! but seriously). This without any investigation or attempt to gather truth before a vengeful, one-sided aim from a scorned boss. Professional? Not in the least. I'm sure they lose lots of good workers that way (and by good, I mean, the educated types with no criminal history who know how to show up daily, do the job they're paid for and not cause office conflict). Fortunately, I know how to stay gamefully employed. But I would not recommend Primary for anyone who plans to work for one of their clients longer than 6 months. When you're taken advantage of in the workplace, you won't find support or sympathy from Primary.

This is a great company. PrimaryServices secured me exactly the position I was looking for without delay. Further their staff was very friendly through the whole process. Alex was my recruiter and he was always available to speak with. They do more than other staffing companies, and help you better yourself as a candidate. I m excited to begin this first position, and continue working for them into the future.

I moved from Chicago to Houston in April 2013. I had been here for 5 weeks before I found Primary Services through a Google search. Two weeks after I applied for a position on their website, I received a call from Allison with an invitation to an open house scheduled for 2 days later. I attended. I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone in the office. I also liked the flow of the process. The following week, Allison called me with an opportunity for an interview. By the end of the day, they called to tell me I had the job!

I signed up with several temp services in the Houston area. None of them were as professional or effective as the associates at Primary Services. I highly recommend them to anyone. Best wishes to you in your job search.

The on-boarding process was very precise and responsive! Every was so nice and accommodating! They understood my concerns and took time to reassure me. If i could give negative stars, i would. I've tried this firm TWICE over the span of 3 years and the same thing. They waste your time....both times i had appointments but still had to wait almost 30 minutes to meet someone. I took their ridiculously easy excel test and aced it...yet i never got a call back. You make a candidate drive all the way, WAIT FOR YOU, then spend time taking stupid tests that are easy and prove nothing...and you don't even have the decency to call back. SHAME ON YOU! I even tried calling the most recent recruiter on multiple occasions, she wont pick up or call back. Fortunately I've found a job much nicer than what you would have offered anyway. I advise anyone seriously looking for work to save your time with these unprofessional scammers. There are some legit staffing firms out there. These clowns should be out of business

This office is completely unorganized and unprofessional. The initial experience was ok, but what they lack is communication. They do not respond to emails or calls. The recruiter I got, Hilda, seemed very nice, maybe a bit too nice. The way she carried herself made me feel like she was straight out of high school. Another recruiter, Crystal, mentioned dressing up professional but yet it looked like she just rolled out of bed. For the first week they answered my calls and emails. It wasn't until they finally told me they would be sending me on an interview with a client that I stopped hearing from them. My calls get sent to voicemail, I leave messages but no call backs or no emails. I had really high hopes for this company and decided not to prejudge them after seeing many bad reviews. In the future I will continue seeking employment by myself since I have better luck that way. To be honest I only decided to give a staffing agency a chance because I wanted to take a chance towards a different career path, but really majority of their clients are Energy Companies. To anyone that decides to give them a chance, Good luck.

My first experience with a great recruiters was with primary definitely, every agent that I talk to really care about their people and all of them are very professional and helpful in all ways. I love the way they treat people like is for them, everyone is extremely friendly and kind at all times. Best experience ever.

The Coffee Workshop is beneficial to anyone who is interested in writing a proper resume. I highly recommend going to this event for all candidates.
