I want to give a huge thank you to Caitlin Hill for helping me in my job search and placing me with a great company. She is such a nice person, from start to finish she kept me in the loop of the whole entire process. This is my second position with Primary Services and their staff is so thoughtful, compassionate and truly caring about their employees. Athea Han on the HR care team extended additional help to ensure my on-boarding was a success and shared great things with me while in the office. I started working with Primary in 2014 at that time I was able to land a contractual position with a pretty big energy provider here in Houston. That position went from contract to perm in less than a year. Four years later I decided to move on to a new company ( on my own ) two years later Covid hit and I was laid off. I reached back out to Primary since in experience with them was so amazing the 1st time around. I've worked with so many recruiting companies over the past year and a half and none of them were as great as Primary Services. From the beginning i could tell that they would be different. The were able to get me a job in less then a month working with them. Now I've had the opportunity to speak to different people in different departs and they are all just as great!

They really help a lot. They show they care. It does take awhile to get you stared but overall an amazing team.

Primary services is over rated! They promise the world and deliver nothing. No call backs even when you leave several messages. Look to work with another staffing agency. I ended up getting employment on my own without the help of an agency. Its not easy but their lack of commitment to candidates registered with them is irrational.

I came in for my job interview & everyone was super friendly & continued to update me while I was in the waiting room.

Juan is the most helpful and caring person in primary he really wants you to be the best and is always there for his agents and makes sure that we do our best

The staff at Primary are amazing! I left feeling like they genuinely cared about me. I am nervous about starting my new job but they assured me they will be with me every step of the way. There are no words to describe how thankful I am for these people you can tell they enjoy doing what they do.

I m very disappointed in Primary Services for their continued lack of professionalism. I have been reaching out to Jasmine (recruiter) for several months and she has been completely unresponsive. It has taken her months to respond to a simple email asking for help finding work during this extremely difficult time. She responded once after two months of waiting stating she is sorry she was on vacation but wanted to check in on me. Once I told her what the need is she didn t not respond at all. I reached out again and she still is completely unresponsive. I have call the company to report this and they are refusing to escalate the call claiming everyone is constantly in a meeting. I have worked with this company before and I am disgusted with how they are handling people during this difficult time. To see in the reviews that they are picking and choosing who they want to help is discriminatory behavior. I will find another company to work with since Jasmines behavior seems to be okay even though she is clearly not doing her job. I hope the owner reads this comment because I will continue to reach out until he is made aware of how everyone is handling business from home.

I have gone in on three separate occasions to interview for jobs and such. Not only did they not find me a job but after each interview I never heard back from any recruiter for over 2 months. When I call them they always say the same thing: employer decided to go with other candidates and they just found out so they haven t had a chance to tell me yet. Ivan understand it s not their fault that I can t find a job but it seems like they don t care because of lack of Effort and communication

They have been expedited with the setting up process, while Frank has been very helpful with everything I have needed in order to complete the required paperwork at school

I have nothing but good things to say about the employees of this company. I personally worked hand in hand with AJ and Attiya ands it's been super pleasant. Whenever I have a question, I hear back within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

I would definitely NOT recommend. I took off work to visit their office for what they claimed was a long term contract position. Interviewed, filled out all the forms and the next day the recruiter called saying an Energy company was interested in interviewing me and wanted to know my availability to interview the following week. I didn't hear from the recruiter anymore for about 2 weeks, when she called about a different position but said it was already filled when I called her back and that supposedly the hiring manager for the energy company still hadn't gotten back to them about when they were setting up interviews.

I've emailed and called her multiple times asking about the project with the energy company or any other similar positions and I simply get told she's working on other positions right now (even though they've posted the same job with the energy company multiple times since my interview). But she's not bringing up any of of the other positions she's working on to me. The last time I emailed her she didn't even respond. I'm glad other people have had such great experiences with this company. My experience was a total waste of time.

TLDR; BEWARE. This is one of those companies that seems great on the surface, but is actually the worst best comparison is like a caramel covered onion on April fool s day. I absolutely refuse to believe that all the positive ratings and reviews for this company are legit they love to sweep things under the rug and avoid accountability. There isn t a doubt in my mind that they have people post fake ratings and reviews to distract from all the bad ones. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS (there s a reason that all the bad reviews have more likes than the good ones!!!!). If you re a current employee, the only advice I have for you is not to trust upper management they will make you feel like you can, but I promise you that they WILL stab you in the back as soon as it benefits them. If you re considering becoming an employee of this company, please know that you will come out of it far worse than you went in they will overwork you, undermine your talent and achievements, disrespect you, take advantage of you, and kick you when you re down.

Constant seniority power plays
Upper management always showing up late and MIA under the guise of client meetings (sorry but there s no way it takes 3+ hours to drop off coffee and donuts to a client that is like 5 miles away).
Tons of account manager work gets delegated to lower level recruiters so that they have time for these coffee drop offs . If you re lucky, you might even be called upon by multiple account managers to handle their undesired duties, then they get mad when you can t complete it all, what a treat!
VP constantly out of the office to go on vacations, and yeah I m talking like 4+ times a year. But you ll still be expected to work overtime, even once you re off and at home, if you call in sick, if a family member dies, and oh yeah, on weekends (maybe not explicitly asked, but the emails and calls will continue flooding in until you answer, or need to meet with you the following day if you didn t pick up so that they can reprimand you :) super fun).
Any success or accomplishment of anyone not in upper management will be attributed to an account manager. I repeat, that job you worked on for months to fill and were the sole client contact for, WILL 1000% be attributed to an account manager that probably doesn t even know the client s name .unreal.

This company is a huge fan of nepotism daughter of the ceo is far from a joy to work with and the son is constantly inappropriately flirting with candidates and employees (good luck to you if you encounter either). CEO comes off very kind and seems to mean well on the surface, but in reality is very manipulative, judgmental, and arrogant very fond of gossiping about workers, clients, candidates, and even her own family members.

Huge employee turnover, and by that I mean basically a whole staff of fresh faces on a yearly basis, except upper management you can clearly see this in any staff pics they take. I saw them fire so many dedicated and impressive employees for the most ridiculous reasons some of the reasons were even mistakes made by someone in upper management and then wrongly blamed on someone else who was then let go over it. Basically, anything good you do while working for this company will be attributed to an account manager or upper management, while any mistakes made by account managers and upper management will promptly be blamed on a lower-level employee. I personally witnessed this take place so many times so many lies and coverups to protect upper management from the consequences of their own actions.

They are extremely deceptive with the TWC regarding both contract and internal employees I can t even tell you how many times I got phone calls from my previously placed candidates saying the TWC was misinformed about them from the company, I would ask what exactly the company had told the TWC and it was always these random blatant lies that I guess saved the company from paying unemployment to them? I heard of similar situations happening to internal employees who were wrongly fired also.

Such an amazing group of individuals! Loved every minute of working with them!! Wouldn t choose any other company to work with.

This is an amazing company to work through. I worked with their recruiter AJ and he was able to help me find a great position, negotiate on my behalf, and guided me through their interviews and recruitment process. The HR team was very friendly and accommodating too, I have been very happy working with them the past few weeks

I am new to the job search and last month, I had sent an email to MaryKay asking if Primary Services would accept me as a new employee. Within 5 minutes, MaryKay replied to my request and wrote that she would contact their HR department to reach out to me. The next day, Frank called me and said he would send me an email, which I could start the onboarding process online since I was out of State for Christmas. We had spoken 2 or 3 more times and I had filled out any additional paperwork needed. Before I returned, Darlin called me to give me an HR update and they were working with the client to determine my starting date.

On January 2nd, I stopped by Primary Services office and I provided my remaining paperwork. I met with Darlin and she introduced me to MaryKay. I had expressed my "Thanks and Appreciation" for their communication follow ups because it let me know that they were working diligently on my behalf. On January 7th, Frank called and gave me a status update plus they were working on the final details with the client for my starting date. I expressed my "Thanks and Appreciation" for his help, too.

Primary Services phone calls and emails over the last few weeks is a welcomed assurance for me.

Everyone at primary services are professional and great to work with and after 10 years coming back felt like was coming home.

It was so ironic. I was late for the Coffee Shop Work Shop session due to an unscheduled last minute job interview in the Woodlands. I arrived an hour late for the workshop. The professional at the front desk was very gracious.

There was such positivity in the atmosphere not to mention the new office is very savvy and retro! I loved the feel. After explaining the reason, I met with Mrs. Han and as I expounded on my past work experience to my surprise I worked with her husband back at my former company. What a small world? I then went on to be introduced and interviewed briefly by a couple other recruiters. Everyone I encountered that day was so friendly, positive and upbeat.

My experience with primary Services was amazing ! My recruiter was Grant . He went above and beyond in order to make sure i was fully aware and prepared for my interview. Starting the search for a job is kind of nerve-wrecking, but Primary Services has made the process easy and exciting! When I went in on my first day I didn t get to meet one woman, but four! Caitlin, Alyssa, Nicolette, and Brenda have been kind, transparent, and responsive! I m excited to continue my search with this awesome company!

EDIT: It has been 2 months since I posted this review and just a little under 2 months into a job I am thriving in. I am learning about trading, office work, and how to be a good asset to my company.
All of this is thanks to Primary Services and the women who helped me see my potential and find a job that matched it.

If you think that the help ends after you have received the job, you'd be wrong. I have been able to keep in contact with my recruiters as I transition into this role and have them to go to with questions or concerns. Carrie with the HR team even calls to check in on how I am doing and how I'm feeling with my placement.

10/10 I highly recommend this company.
At Primary I feel like I am their primary focus, even when I know they have so much more going on. That is the true signs of a fantastic company that cares about it's candidates.

Interviewed for a job. Was told I would hear back about it either way. That was a lie. I had to call three different times to finally get an answer. When I asked for feedback about why I didn t get the position, was given no genuine feedback other than You weren t a good fit.
