Friendly and very helpful staff as I hate shopping and I hate going around in circles looking for the things I need .. pity it's so packed all the time but that's the price you have to pay to get great bargains

Very large store with a big selection of clothes. Items generally very well priced. Did a return on an item sure to size, and staff were very helpful.

Decent clothing store for when Aer Lingus loses your luggage

Well stocked, great personnel, but people are leaving stuff e v e r y w h e r e. Shoes were constantly just thrown on the floor, I wouldn't risk to get a pair. Fair prices though and good changing rooms.

My favourite store must go to every Friday when in town

No control over the amount of people, and no way to keep social distancing. Even many employees didn't weat a mask!

The shop is affordable. Many buyers from the youth, which means that things are fashionable, and the quality is good. A great choice, but not enough for teenage girls, from 9 to 12 years. On account of shoes, I think the problem, there is no choice.

Perfect place to save money. Amazing shopping experience !!!

The clothes and household goods are beautiful and VERY low budget.

Good store with great collection. The right place for quality goods with reasonable price. May need to wait a while for billing in the peak times. Staffs are helpful and cooperative with customers. Recommending for easy and cheap shopping.

Touristic attraction. Very well organized with a very nice staff.

Great place to shop for cheap stuff. Has a great variety of clothes and shoes. May not be the best designs but the prices are cheap compared to elsewhere.

Penneys is Penneys, affordable; clothes, beauty, homewares etc... They have a good range of clothes that will last a season. Sometimes looking for a size when buying clothes stacked on the tables is a bit of a nightmare but where else would you get a pair of jeans for 11! Staff are friendly enough just don't ask them to check a size in the stock room, if it's not on the floor they don't have it. Their home wares is great lots of inexpensive items that keep your home on trend. Definitely a corner stone store for every girl and women going shopping.

I love Penny's it's got some really lovely clothes in it for all the family especially all the new gym gear for myself and fiancee as we have just joined a gym. We have a nearly 4yr old daughter and Pennys has got some lovely clothes, winter coats, boots vests & underwear & not forgetting the home range they have and lots to choose from too. Also if you're expecting a new baby this year Penny's is the place to go with lot's of Mickey/Minnie mouse clothes & tiny little runner's, beautiful blankets bibs babgro's etc and for the Mommy to be just go upstairs & get all the night-dresses or pyjamas slippers underwear toiletry bags you'll need for your hospital stay. Not only does Penny's have all of this but great value for money too. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

A little bit messy but much better the other one. It's a shame that people act like kids in the store but that's not staff's fault, they where really nice to me. A lot of diversity in products.

I love shopping there, great items , perfect fit at affordable price. Also called primark , i cannot wait for one in Florida.

Love this shop, staff could not be more helpful never go onto town with visiting Penneys O'Connell street.

The original Primark! Much assortment and good prices. If you go to Dublin, you can consider it a tourist attraction more

It's not as organised as Henry Street everything is every where and reduced items arent properly marked some of the staff are lovely but there's the odd few that will chat with each other while your standing waiting for help .

Great place to shop.Love all the selection in store.

Cheaper than many others but keep an eye on quality as it's not always at top. But very happy overall
