Very low prices, medium variety, poor quality. Among the fast fashion chains better h & m, Zara or mango. I only bought two hats and a scarf. But more for the cold and moderate cost.

Penneys = Primark ..... That's how you go to IKEA and do not want to buy anything. There is always something to take away.

Wha can you say....cut out the middle man and throw it in the bin as you leave? No not really utilitarian gear but always check the qualityof the finish as each item varies a lot.

Very good shop , you can find everything you want and cheaper than " traditional " retail shop like zara or h&m , but this store is a bit smaller than others Penneys in Dublin or Ireland .

It's a bit bazaar but what a choice and what prices! We find the same philosophy as Primark and the same products. Shopping at low prices.

Normally we know it as Primark. Clothes at a great price. There are some of very good quality. You have to know how to choose but they have a lot of variety. Children's clothes are worth it! You also find curiosities for home

It is too busy to enjoy shopping here and can often be hard to find things in your size. However, it is a well stocked Penneys with a large amount of fitting rooms. Most of the staff are pleasant too.
