Considering how many people go to this shop every day it's very organized and clean :) the stuff is very nice!

Wonderful experience and ambience. Lots to shop and good deals available too. A little more variety in the apparels would be nice.

It's a really nice store. The things there are super cheap. But I don't like the fact that there is not toilet in-store and the fact that you can't return whatever you have bought except you have a receipt. Even if the tag is still in it. I feel this is just a way of scamming cos they could just scan it and retrieve it if they want.

Huge store - everything is here! Can be a bit claustrophobic & queues at tills can be annoying but overall it's a great shop

That is a gem of a cheap fashion store. Yes, you can definitely say that the clothes are cheap, but... They are meant that way! For a price of a main course I bought a pair of shoes, comfortable enough to withstand a couple of dozens of kilometers a day in a lovely rainy Irish weather. They have all sorts of clothes, so if you happen to lose your suitcase in Dublin airport you can surely refill your wardrobe there for as little money as possible. Nice!

Penney's is the Irish #primark. The clothes are top fashion.And me as a fashionista I loooove my shopping trips to this very big store.They cater for all sizes 'petite and plus size'! There fashion is extremely on point and trendy, find your favourite Celebrity styles at a unbeatable price A huge range of accessories ,MATERNITY WEAR shoes , gym gear, menswear, children's clothing and household items that are so on trend.OH!! Penney's make up range has hugely expanded, just about everything u can think off(great quality items) Over all the staff are always busy but helpful.Iv only 1 bit of constructive criticism The security are quite Intimidating, getting followed jus made me leave last week.I think alot of security guards paint all Dubliners with the 1 brush .Times have changed!! Enjoy getting a whole cute outfit for 20euro4 btw iv dressed myself for 18yrs In Penneys *Not Spons* guys lol

I am used to Primark in the UK, where city center stores look like a hurricane hits it everyday.

Expecting a heaving mess (as Primark usually is), especially as it was just 2 days before Christmas, I found, to my surprise, a clean uncluttered store, no cloths thrown onto the floor, not too crowded, the queue was short, thus served rather quickly by friendly unharassed staff.

Overall a much better experience than Primark in Birmingham and Coventry!

Always so much choice and so many imaginative things

I stopped at the door to put on my mask a woman pushed passed me gets to the hand sanitisers and there stud two members of staff (NO MASKS ON)saying can u please use the gel .. not a word about putting on a mask while I walked around on my walker because I'm disabled not one member of staff had on a mask I left penny's Henry Mary Street and went to the one on o connelly Street and it was the same there WAS NOT IMPRESSED

Well trained staff and management in a great location in the city which is easily accessible. There is a wide selection on offer. Definitely worth checking out when visiting Dublin city. Three stars for sure.

Eerily low prices. Can appreciate the fact that there is no music, makes for a surprisingly relaxed shopping experience.
