I am used to Primark in the UK, where city center stores look like a hurricane hits it everyday.

Expecting a heaving mess (as Primark usually is), especially as it was just 2 days before Christmas, I found, to my surprise, a clean uncluttered store, no cloths thrown onto the floor, not too crowded, the queue was short, thus served rather quickly by friendly unharassed staff.

Overall a much better experience than Primark in Birmingham and Coventry!
