I have mobility issues on the land but do fine in the water. We were able to park right by the boat and the crew was great getting me in and out of the water. A big shout-out to Takako. She was wonderful in every way. Treated us like royalty!! The BBQ lunch was delicious. Would highly recommend this experience.
After my retirement I decided to travel the world. Seeing the sights in places like France and Mexico was so enjoyable. I was wondering where to go next when I heard about whale-watching tours in Maui. The Pride of Maui carried me to the heart of the action and I saw an unbelievable amount of whales. So glad I decided to visit!
We did the whale watching and snorkel tour and it was fantastic. Honestly when I booked and read about it, it felt like it was too good for $60/person. It was an awesome value and we had a great time. Lots of whale watching with some close encounters. Fun snorkeling among the fish and all you could eat for lunch. Burgers, chicken, hot dogs, pasta salad (veggie option was offered too). A few nice beers available, win, rum/coke & Mai thais. It was a blast and an incredible value. Staff did an amazing job!
Sunset dinner cruise- Not worth the price. not really a dinner cruise like I imagined for the price I was paying. There is a dinner buffet but there's only standing cocktail tables and benches. This is really a site seeing vessel that serves food in the evening. We saw the sunset but it wasn't any better than seeing it from a restaurant on the shore and the ambience was worse. This was more like a party boat. Very loud music, good food, fun. But not at all romantic in anyway, except that if your on the top it is cold and you have to huddle together for warmth. For $30 it would be worth it.
not worth the price...we didnt even get to go to molokini nor turtle bay...you can go to molokini for a much better rate.
Never been snorkeling b4 so my wife and I decided to book a snorkel adventure and the following night a sunset cruise! Both excursions were way better then I could have ever expected! Matt the captain of the ship is super awesome and the staff on board both times were so beyond helpful fun and energetic! Went way above and beyond to help anyone and couldn't thank the staff enough from the snorkel to the dinner cruise! Thanks for making it a special 1st trip to the islands!
