Very happy with the service provided by Barrett at CMI, they found me what I needed and helped get my warehouse back to functional.

We hired CMI to install our existing used racking and some new product they supplied. Hannah and Barrett worked very hard on our licensing, permitting, inspections and installation and we were more than pleased with their efforts. The installation team that worked for us did an excellent job so it is easy to recommend CMI to anyone in need of this type of work

Being a first-time warehouse operator I wanted to spend money where it made sense. I found CMI Sales offered used shelving, so determined I could save some money. Dealing with Barrett and Hannah was great. They both came out to visit and assess what I would need. We worked together based on my standard boxes to maximize the shelving and storage for each unit.

They were very flexible, to the extent the night before I decided to move two sections of shelving, and they made it happen before the install.

Then there was the install. Once the guys arrived (on time which is awesome), they got right to work and were done ahead of when they thought they'd be through. Now I'm busy stacking boxes on the shelves and know I'll be back when I need to expand.

They also managed to source me a pallet jack and dock plate at very great prices.

I highly recommend CMI Sales for your warehouse needs.

We have purchased a lot of our warehouse shelving and equipment from CMI so when we needed a mezzanine, they were the ones we called. Robin & Sam worked tirelessly over 3 days to get it constructed and we couldn't be more pleased with it. Further, both gentlemen were a pleasure to have in our building. They left the site clean everyday and always had smiles on their faces. It was a lot of heavy lifting to get all of the pieces inside our warehouse and they had to maneuver around a lot of stock, but they got it done. Purchased used racking - CMI failed to inform us we would need a racking permit from the City.
After many unreturned phone calls I understand they do not want to finish the job.

CMI Sales, is amazing the customer service is the best that I have had in years being a purchaser, right from the first point of contact with Barret, he went out of his way to make sure I received a quote in a timely manner and once I placed my order he made sure that we where able to pick it up the next day, he made sure to coordinate it so my trucking company did not have to wait, it was ready to be loaded when they arrived! NO WAIT TIME. Also the shipper at CMI Sales emailed me to let me now the truck was loaded and on its way! Excellent company to deal with! I will make sure to use CMI for my future storage solution needs!
