Pride in Care Reviews

Do not work this company no matter how much you need a job. They exploit employees and then refuse to pay you. You work long hours yet you dont get the pay you deserve even tho they have been paid for the work you have completed. There is no pride in this company. Wish i seen these reviews before going with them. I have done care for years in different sectors but this company has killed my passion to care. I am in the process of taking matters further. Please do not go qith this company work wise or for care. The only thing they care about is thier pockets

I went to exactly the address they sent on the email, not even the right place. I called them up explaining were I was and explained the address they gave me. Woman wasn't at all taking in what I was saying and kept telling me to go to a roundabout and turn left (mind you I was in the middle of the industrial estate they sent me to). I explained I just finished a driving lesson so wasn't sure were I was. I heard a woman mumble something in the background and the woman on the phone asked me was I still learning to drive or did I have a car? I said no I'm still learning and she told me there was no point me coming to the interview now if I didn't have a car and was still learning I shouldn't bother coming.
I was furious because I stated and ticked on my application I didn't have a license or drove and applied purely because the job was on my door step.
Sent me on a wild goose chase then told me to not bother even coming!

Worst caring company I've ever seen. Staff are treated terribly, given illegal work requirements, unbelievably poorly formed care plans and even instructed a member of staff to overdose a patient. If you want your relatives to live, go with any other caring company at all. The police should really investigate this company.

Worst company ever! No matter how desperate you are for job I would advice you to avoid this company! They will exploit you and financially you will be worse off.

Awful company treat thier staff awful avoid at all costs

My wife turned up for interview they did not even know she was coming and after waiting 30 minutes she walked out and not had a call to ask why. Kids laughing on reception couldn't care less PRIDE IN CARE you are kidding

I will never go with the company again. Very unorganised With shifts. I worked here for the pass 6 months. I couldn t wait to get out and start my new job. staff are under paid and over worked . Team leaders are unless like wood brush. 6 months of hell and no appreciation for going back and beyoned for cleints.

good company, but be prepared to have to accept changes. unreliable staff are not tolerated and good staff have to pick up extra clients. Its a pity they can't spot these before starting them. I've worked there for 6 years and seen all the carers come and go, the unreliable ones don't last long.....good riddance to bad rubbish!! The company have always paid me for travel time, when my regulars are in hospital and even paid me a be available bonus when things have gone bad.
