Absolutely pathetic service this week from the pharmacist. Ladies out the front have always been lovely to me but when I visited recently to pick up a parcel, I was told to go to the back which I did. Spoke to a male pharmacist who appeared south Asian. He told me that he would send someone to grab my parcel for me. I waited maybe 20 minutes and saw staff walking around and didn t seem busy. Gave up and went to the front counter where a lady had to go and grab my parcel for me. If you re not going to send someone to grab my parcel for me, don t tell me you did. I could ve waited much longer had I not raised a complaint.
