Our stay has been excellent. Clean, safe and very friendly staff. The hotel is just a block or so from the fort and the boardwalk. The front desk and housekeeping staff have been helpful. The only issue is the light outside our window is hard to block out at night. I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent kocation in the downtown area near lots of shops and restaurants. Courtyard features a beautiful pool and sun deck. Duke's Bar is the nicest in town. Conference room is the only air conditioned one in downtown Christiansted.
The rooms have all been updated. The salt water pool is blissful. And the staff is incredible. Professional, courteous and the friendliest I've seen in a long time. They give great recommendations for local food, adventures Anna transportation support. Love The Company House

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The conference room was great for thw event I wenr to. It was clean n very nice an cool. I staff was very helpful when we needed them. The event was a hit. Over all great space.

Beautifully refurbished in 2018. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff are increasingly kind and helpful.
Rooms are amazing, right in the heart of town where the island comes alive.
The hotel is fabulous! Recently remodeled and close to all the shops and restaurants on the board walk you can't go wrong staying here! The pool area was great for hanging out and the employees made us feel welcomed! Coffee shop next door is great! Bar in the lobby with live music two nights we were there was an added bonuses! A short walk to the ferry that takes you to the beach! Paradise!!

Great location in town, minutes walk to everything. Super nice staff, everyone. Plus beautiful grounds. Quiet. Classical music and fountains by the pool make it a really nice place to sit or swim. Clean and comfortable rooms, everything looks new.
From the time we showed up staff was wonderful, friendly and courteous. I had surgery on my knee and Sarah made sure my room was changed from the 3rd floor to 1st floor. She was amazing and helpful in so many ways. Other staff whose name I don t know also made sure we were good. This hotel gets 5 stars from me. Room was clean upgraded furniture and comfortable. Excellent view of the ocean. Can t say enough thanks you s to the staff for making my stay here a relaxing one. See you next time

Our stay at the Company House Hotel was great! Unfortunately, our VRBO rental fell through our first day on the island and we were left with no place to stay. With no notice when we literally showed up on the doorstep, manager Carissa Curtis came through for us with a lovely clean room! The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff, from Carissa to German and many others whose names we did not catch, is so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time at the bar with Lucas, our bartender. The pool area is very pretty and relaxing. They turned what started out as a nightmare vacation into a relaxing trip. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel when you are on St. Croix!
It's a beautiful very clean and neat place. The staff, Lauren and Sandy are amazing!
Definitely not bad, but could use some improvements. The room had obvious signs of subpar cleaning and lack of maintenance, but it wasn't anything too bad. Friendly staff and convenient location just a couple blocks from the boardwalk. Beautiful lobby! Spotty wifi service kept resetting connection on every device I tried using. Overall, it met my needs and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Inexpensive hotel a little off the touristy area of Christiansted. The lobby is old but in a Victorian mansion style. The rooms are modest but the price was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
So clean! Everyone was truly amazing! I would go back in a heartbeat!
