Poor quality Product the company dont care about there employees They punish the slower employees because they don't move fast enough they treated them like robots. all they care about this production even if the quality is poor they still ship it out.
The employees here are subject to having road rage. I was subjected to an employee's foul attitude on I 25 today. He actually stopped his truck and got out on the highway to try and assault me. I think the working conditions must be horrible. Why else would he be so angry after work. Bad people with bad attitudes=unsafe workplace. I feel sorry for his co-workers.
Does not do interview call backs. This might seem like a minor complaint due to that being a common place issue, but I consider that very disrespectful. Honestly this company seems to have some poor management issues, which goes hand in hand with unprofessional cowardly silence. Kinda a shame because the company itself seems legit. P.s. fix your phone reciver.
I like this place i mean im barly new at this but they were there to help me and get me to understand what to do i was able to do a practice before the real deal (weld test) but ill give you guys more update about this place later
As the last person said. This company does not do interview call backs. I had an interview setup by a person from the company, (JO) and it was scheduled with a manager and he never called on the day of the phone interview. No one from the company every called me or emailed back to apologize and reschedule a time. Very unprofessional! After reading reviews about this company and how they treat their employees, I can see why. Stay away from this company.
This place stole my last pay check. No one returns phone calls or text messages. Definitely some shady people working here.
Worked here for over 2 years now and It has been more beneficial than anything else in my life. The opportunity for advancement is readily available and the leadership is really great. Thankful for this career! Revolutionize the building industry!
Went in took a weld test and was offered the job. They left me a voicemail I returned several times to never hear back
