Worst Title Company I have done business with in my entire real estate career!!! Lack of communication, lack of efficiency and professionalism!! As an agent I would never recommend them to any of my client!!

If you use Premium Title, you will regret it. They lost - again, that's LOST - our first early money deposit check. So we wrote them a new check and stopped payment on the old one. They cashed the new check. Then, the day of the closing, they attempted to cash the old one too and claimed the closing would be held up unless I came up with (in case you're keeping track) a third five-figure check. Who loses an EMD like that? The closing itself was just bizarre as well. It wasn't even remotely worth the $500 credit i got from the seller for using them. Stay away.

I had a great experience working with Premium Title and Escrow! I worked with them with a sale and then three months later a purchase. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and responsive throughout both transactions. It was a positive experience both times. Great team that I would certainly use again, and highly recommend.
