AC service and a part replacement was quickly done and at a good price. Everyone from setting the appointment to the follow up call afterwards was friendly and professional.

Woke up to a non working A/C unit. Not good. Thanks to great service it is running and nothing wrong with fA/C. Batteries not sett in correctly. In addition it was time for my p/umbing and A/C spring service. Great timing! Thanks to all.

Premier has completed several Electrical jobs for us and both jobs have been completed in the time and manner in which the quote and agreement called for. Excellent customer service !!!! Excellent and skilled electricians (ask for Justin C.) he is the best !!! You will never use any other company once you have Premier do your electrical work !!!

Frequent contact avoid customers waiting long time. Friendly service men
provide comfortable atmosphere. The suggestions are clearly explained but able to decline.

Company rep gave me a hand written quote for around $200 to $300 dollars. They then billed me $800 and threatened legal action. I contacted the owner. The owner said they would work to improve their billing system and to date never offered to refund the difference. Don't trust them without solid written and signed documentation and don't expect that they will do the right thing when given the opportunity. This being said and in fairness, the work was good. Read the REAL reviews that all say the same thing, it sounds like there needs to be a class action and public disclosure.

Premier did an excellent job solving the problems at my house. They were thorough and very friendly.

The was the first time I've ever had to call a plumber, and chose Premier. I am so happy I did, they came out the same day I called and within a few hours of calling them. They were quick and got the job done right.

I called late in the afternoon and within an hour I had service techs at my home taking care of the issue (electical). They were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt confidant that my issue was repaired correctly and no issues were left unresolved after they left. The person who took my call and the person who dispatched my call to the techs both were professional and attentive to my concerns. From start to finish, my entire experience with this company was superior. I would definitley call them first should I ever need to again.

Will never use your services after I've just seen one of your trucks speeding, cutting people off, and generally being a moron in rush hour traffic down McFarland. Had a skull covering on truck hitch. Not who I'd want in my home.

James Wilson did a great job analyzing our electrical issue and fixing it. Courteous and efficient.

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. Their employees are untrustworthy and will flat lie to you if it means they can make a dollar. When low-totem-pole employees lack integrity in business dealings one can only assume the management and owners share that character flaw.

If Jordan Drew Schaffer is an example of the quality of their employees, I strongly suggest finding another service provider. He is dishonest and disrespectful from the bone out.

Called in as a GC looking for a quote for a good bit of work. Was told they would not work with me, just my client. A laughable experience. Never heard this before in the industry. Would be wise to train your receptionist rather then send your business away.

AWESOME service & friendly staff! Called them when my AC was blowing hot. They came out promptly, figured out the problem, & within 20 mins cool air was blowing!!!! Highly recommend!!!! A+++

Do yourself a favor and find another service company. Premier is unethical, overcharges, and misdiagnoses issues. After misdiagnosis, they will proceed to charge you for other "fixes", even if they don't fully satisfy the inital problem.

Call was made to confirm a pilot assembly kit on a water heater. The staff were always professional and courteous. However when told that a 2012 water heater likely needed to be replaced and would be about $1,400 - $1,500 I immediately became suspicious. When I called Rheem to check the warranty information left on the unit, they assured me in this case that the water heater doesn't need to be replaced unless it is leaking. I was called the next day to be charged a service fee of $78.00 and quoted $326.00 to change the pilot assembly out. Rheem is mailing me the replacement parts but I am having it installed by a more trustworthy and reliable source.

James Wilson is great. He helped check our home out after a lightning strike. Knowledgeable and friendly. Will call next time I need an electrician.

Premier Service did a very good job of finding and repairing a bursted Pex pipe located inside my concrete floor. They were on time, polite,
Profesional and had the right tools to do the job.
I would recommend Premier Service as they seem to be well organized, trained and above all honest.

Alan was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and explained everything.

Chance was very efficient and was able explain and fix our issues quickly.

AC quit (on a Saturday of course) and Melissa got us a technician out within about an hour! Fixed the problem and had it back working quickly, then checked the rest of the system for us. Definitely recommend!

James with Premier is great. They have saved us from several old wiring issues which were very dangerous! They take pictures of the problems or show you in person, which is really helpful!

$69 service charge is fair, you must understand that a company cannot give you an accurate estimate over the phone, it would not be fair to you as a customer or to the company.

Savannah was very helpful in making appointments for service and the guys to come out and replace my unit and team that came out were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up afterward.

sounded great, monthly service, no "emergency hours", quick service. hooray. unfortunately, about 6 to 10 visits in, my heater was discovered to be broken... in early summer. worked fine the last time i'd used it, but one service "maintenance" check and it's broken. the "board was fried". wonder how that happened. could have been an accident, could have been happenstance (somehow broke under zero load when not used the last few months), could have been a way to make monthly service profitable. no thanks.
fired them, hired others to replace the unit, would recommend to look elsewhere.
unless you like having your heater "checked" in June.
if they pay their workers based on commission (don't know, i didn't ask) would strongly recommend to know the inner workings of your system perfectly, or look elsewhere.

I was planting a tree in my front yard and busted th water line. I Called their plumbing dept at 4:30pm on Good Friday. By 5pm, the pipe was already fixed and I'm back to planting my tree. Super nice guy that came and fixed it. Amazing service!

This company is very unethical. Do not trust this company to be honest.

Poor service. They dont come out to fix your unit, they come to sell new ones. Tried to tell me my compressor was shot. Had someone eles look at it and expansion valve was stuck, works great now. I will never use them and i recommend if your reading this review save the money and dont use them either

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Their service staff is INCOMPETENT. Plain and simple, they did not fix the problem, charged us twice as much, and were very nasty about the entire process. We had to call out another company to come FIX what they had just done!!!! DO NOT CALL PREMIER!

Had an issue with my AC unit. Lonnie at premiere came out promptly, explained the issue, gave me an estimate, and fixed the problem. The whole experience took less than an hour and didn't cost an arm and a leg. I WOULD recommend Premiere to anyone.

I have had great service with Premier. Robert and crew came an fixed us up. Had a garbage disposal that needed to be removed and new pipes under our kitchen sink. He was very professional. Will use again.

came out after for a fee, but did lots of diagnostic work, and explained to me how to finish the job for no additional funds. So five stars to the guy who came out.

Service Technician arrived as scheduled. He introduced himself as Adam. Adam immediately verified the complaint. After the initial questions he gave me a 3 options to chose from. He was very thorough and explained the process so I understood exactly what I needed. I gave the go ahead to perform the work. He did exceptional work. He explained the gauge readings and checked the unit completely. Adam was professional and took care of the problem. Unit is working correctly and the air is colder than it has been in many years.

I need to mention that another company was called out to check the unit the same day that Premier was called. The Gentleman arrived and this is how the conversation proceeded:
He parked his van and stepped out. He spoke with me briefly and stated that he would no be able to service my unit. I asked why and he stated the unit was old and needed to be replaced. That was it. He opened his door and climbed into his van and drove away. He never looked at the unit. Strange to me. I will call Premier again. Definitely impressive work from Adam. Thanks for responding quickly and professionally. I give Premier 5 thumbs up.

These folks are always just a call away and show up within a few hours - every time. Their electrical and plumbing work has been really top notch in my new home. They always go the extra mile even helping my wife and I hang fixtures and such. The only reason Im giving them 4 stars vs. 5 is the price. It's pricey for anywhere, especially for Tuscaloosa. That said, when you need it done now and right, theyre the ones to call no question.

We had an issue before but Google would not allow us to remove our original post. Since then Premier has professionally resolved our issues and our account and we are satisified

The technician, Loney Mullenix, was very thorough, both in servicing and cleaning our AC/Heating unit.

Very courteous serviceman. Installed the new iWave system (recommended by Loney Mullenix) . Zach explained the warranty and how the system works. I was very pleased with the professionalism displayed by both servicemen].

Well the repair man, or apparently he says he is, calls and asks for a credit card to pay the bill on a rental he was repairing. Very unprofessional- I m not just giving my credit card info out to some random man who says he is at a hime repairing what I requested when Premier never even gave me a date or time he would be there nor did they relate he would be calling for a payment. Everyone else in town I use and have for 20 years sends an invoice directly billing you. Never was even offered an invoice until I complained about how they were trying to collect a payment.

A few weeks ago I left a message for a hot tub wiring request and never got a reply. I called as well as left a message, and sent an email from their website requesting service. Nothing. I checked my messages, email etc everyday and finally after four days called again and left another message. No reply! I guess there top rated service only comes if they "want" to do the job. I personally wouldnt recommend Premier for anything unless you want to be ignored

We had a major plumbing leak in our rental condo during the Christmas school break. Premier was contacted and immediately responded and stopped the leak. They immediately began water remediation by removing the wet drywall and ceiling. The water was quickly removed from the floors and behind the walls. By bringing in drying equipment, no mold grew in any of the areas thus saving us considerable costs. During the process of filing an insurance claim, significant information was provided to the adjusters and insurance company to expedite the claim process. The bid to repair the condo was exactly what was expected and the work is scheduled to commence sooner than we had expected. Dealing with the members of Premier have been a very positive experience and I look forward to future work with them. The leak was a very trying experience but the members of the Premier team have made it very tolerable. Thank you!!

Worked along side them at a few job sites and can't say professionalism is the word that first comes to mind when I hear that name. They have a pretty good reputation for sloppy and inexperienced workers.

We Love Premier Service Company here at Moore Eye Clinic! Chance did a great job of arriving quickly when we had a broken faucet. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the office order the uncommon parts we needed ASAP. When he came back to put on the parts soon after, he was quick and professional. We haven't had any problems since. Thank you so much for always fixing us up, Premier!

Thank You to the staff at Premier Service Company for getting my AC back up and running a day early. It's not fun being woke up at 2 am in Alabama heat with no AC. I contacted the after hours rep who took down my information and within minutes had Loney calling me. Although they didn't have the part in stock to fix it at that moment, they were able to order what was needed and schedule a repair for a couple days later on Friday. My family was excited when we got the call from Lauren Thursday afternoon stating the part came in earlier than expected and wanted to send Zach out after business hours to put it on.
Within minutes of arriving I had ice cold air again.
He even went above and beyond by checking out some other areas of the system while he was there and found a couple items that will be addressed during an upcoming scheduled maintenance visit.

I spaced out while trimming weeds and cut right through the thermostat wire. Premier came out and patched it up the next day, for a completely reasonable price. Technician was friendly and saved the day. Will call them again.

Impressed with professional, quick service. Outlined all options available, did not try to oversell. Staff(Looney M., Chris J, Savanah N, Glenda) were all courteous, responsive to my needs, wore masks while in my home and cleaned after no contact installation

Premier Service Company was asked to come to the Lakes At North River to convert lights around our lake from low pressure sodium to LED.They did this without problem and worked until the job was completed.They were prompt and professional and I highly recommend them.

I have been using Premier since moving back to Tuscaloosa in 2008. They are always so helpful, quick to return my calls and get someone out so fast. Everyone is so nice and I highly recommend them!

I can't recommend Premier Service Co Inc. enough, and most important, I can't thank the electrician, Rayborn Kennedy, enough. Folks, he saved our lives. He found a completely dangerous situation, which we had no idea about, that could have led to a horrible tragedy. He went above and beyond today. Our electrical problems were so far from what we thought was initially wrong. Rayborn troubleshooted so many problems, explaining everything along the way, and he worked SO hard all day until he fixed everything. I'm talking hard work all day, and he was so nice! I'm very OCD about my home and Rayborn was very considerate about not tracking mud everywhere, which is a huge thing for me. I just can't believe all that he did for us today. He knows what he's doing, can troubleshoot the craziest of problems, and he's so very nice. I've never used Premier until today, but I'm so happy I did and so thankful they sent Rayborn Kennedy. Also, with everything that was done and the amount of wire we needed, I found the price to be fair. Great company. Great Eectrician.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I paid these guys over $500 dollars to fix a problem that they NEVER fixed! Even put a hole in my wall that had absolutely NOTHING to do with the problem. These guys WILL NOT repair nor pay someone to repair, o and THEY CHARGED me for the hole($97). Being said, it s obvious that they have unprofessional plumbers and I even called the office and simply asked for their corporate s number and they WOULD NOT give it to me. I will be making a visit to their office today for the number, and I will be making a call to corporate!

Not many people know what residential work Premier does. They can do anything from remodeling your kitchen to repairing your pool!

We had a plumbing emergency in which our bathrooms were completely flooding, toilets and tubs. I called this service to see if there was a need for someone to come out immediately or if we could contain the water and wait until the morning. The woman who answered tried to get payment information from me before I even spoke with a plumber and explained to me it would be $125 just for one to come out. I asked if I could speak with the plumber.
My conversation with the plumber began with him complaining about being woken up as it was 9:22pm on a Sunday evening. When I began to explain my issue I was told that he doesn t know what the issue is without coming out and that it would be $125 just for him to make the trip. He then proceeded to complain about he was supposed to have been off since Wednesday but he hasn t slept at all because every time he lays down someone calls him to fix something. He also proceeded to complain to me that he did not get to eat his Thanksgiving dinner until 10pm because he was busy working..... After his rant I kindly told him that I apologize for waking him up and that I hoped he would be able to sleep for the rest of the night.
For claiming to be a 24 hour service they sure didn t act like they wanted any after hours business.

We called after lunch for an appointment & they offered a technician to come that same day. It turned out, he didn t, but it was just a snafu in their communication. But they had a guy out there before 8 the next morning. We were very pleased.

The staff and technician (Robert Whatley) did an excellent job in meeting my plumbing needs. We were modeling and Robert removed and installed new shower valves, spray head and accessories! Very satisfied!

The service technician Charlie who was assigned our job was such a professional. He analyzed what needed to be done, explained the process, and successfully completed the job. His customer service skills were excellent.

Quality of the work was great and fast. Not cheap though. Got charged $169 to fix a GFCI outlet. Literally only took him five minutes.

Jerry, is probably one of the most professional guys I know. He should own this company,I spoke with him the night my entire hot water went out, he got me up and running the same night. Had another issue, and he fixed it. Called help, and the guys were on their way!

I wish I could give them. 10 s because Premier is the way to go, when you need your heater, fixed!

I will use Premier anytime we need anything, and the price was very respectful.

I have had several installs via Premier including a new Hvac unit and a hot water heater. The customer service during both has been excellent! My old hvac unit died on a Friday, parts couldn't be delivered until Monday so Premier offered me a stand alone a.c. throughout the weekend. They have always been on time and have always treated me friendly and with a smile. Their Comfort Club membership is amazing as well. They check your home 4x per year, 2 hvac, a plumbing, and electrical. All in all I am very pleased with Premier Service Company and would recommend them to anyone!
