Excellent personal service. He assessed the problem and had suggestions about what other services we might need in addition to his. Very quick repair and inexpensive.

We used Premier for a total repipe of our house. We had bad PEX pipes and had a slab leak and Premier was the only company available to start the job immediately. They did a great job and even provided additional services/products outside of the quote we were given so that the job could be done right. The only issue we had is that the plumbing manager was not very responsive and did not get the documents we need to submit to our insurance to us in a timely manner and we had to call and email several times.

Called them up and the came on out the same day. Checked out my unit, all was good. Charged a nominal price compared to others I ve called in the past. Give them a try!

This is a disreputable company. The positive reviews here are likely salted from friends and family. They have incompetent technicians and overcharge. They also will lie to your face especially Dan Herren. Spread the word that this company is corrupt and please stay away.

They performed an HVAC and plumbing inspection prior to me purchasing a house.

Premier Service Company has been a blessing for us. It's good to find out what's going on in our home when they do the maintenance inspections. They are on time and the service associates are thorough in their inspections. They do quality work at a good price. I would recommend the service.

I had an electrical emergency after hours on a Friday evening. The dispatched electrician, James W. was prompt in returning my call and very accommodating in working around my schedule in order to assess the problem. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend James and Premier Service Company.

I was living in Tuscaloosa at the time the tornado hit, in which it did damage to our house and the surrounding cedar crest area. I used this company on a whim and thought they would do a quality job. Well they came by inspected our water heater and told us there was air in the line which was making our pilot light go out (which we already knew). They left and charged us $135 and did ZERO work. If you're smart, make sure you dont use them as they one of the most unethical companies in their business practices as they were basically trying to profit off a natural disaster and the misfortune of others

My air conditioner went out and I was told I needed an electrician for a burnt breaker box. James W. came out and had to replace entire breaker/meter box wiring, etc. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my safety after seeing how bad the box really was after taking it down. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much!
