My rating of Premier Claims is well justified. They are experts in issues involving residential roof damage. After consulting with a local roofing contactor, it was determined that significant amount of damage occurred to my cedar shake roof during a bad wind storm while I was away on vacation. After several months, I noticed a large number roofing shakes were coming loose. Because I reported this a number of months after the storm, my insurance company balked and even would not come out to look at the damage. I hired Premier to inspect the roof with the insurance adjuster. Finally, the insurance company agreed and presented a "low-ball" adjustment after much delay. Premier challenged this adjustment because a significant amount of damage was not reported in the low estimate. It was obvious that the insurance adjuster was inexperience in evaluating damaged roofs. When the insurance company would not budge, Premier recommended an expert attorney and the result of the litigation was in my favor. Thank you Premier! Thank you Mandy and Kyle!

Sent several claims to premier in 2019. Simple roof/siding hail claims but most took a year to settle with very disappointing outcomes. Other claims were just dropped. Terrible communication.

When my business was hit by hail during the 2019 hail storm, my roof got a lot of damage, and my roofer told me it would need to be replaced, even though my insurance had tried to only pay to patch parts of it. My roofer connected me with Premier Claims, and I was able to get the cost covered completely! Premier Claims was easy to work with and the account managers I worked with were always friendly and responded quickly.

Premier is amazing through the whole process. Helping you get your claims and the money you earned and deserve. They really care for their clients.

They have not returned 3 of our calls.The roofer advised them to us. Roofer doesn t respond either to us!!! Our roof needs ASAP repaired / replaced from tree damages in July 21! Plus major bathroom damage, were told this company would expedite our claim, and get us more funding but no so far very poor communication here, so we have been advised to contact local news media and BBB for faster assistance!!we feel Scammed.

Contracted this company to do a job for which they poorly failed! I have yet to receive any payment and my family has suffered due to this. However! Premier Claims has received their share of the agreed upon rate. I have been in limbo for more than 8 months with no reply or response to many emails, phone calls, certified letters, and out right pleas for any sort of compensation. Still I have received nothing. I believe I would have had better luck at job corps paying a charlatan to handle my case instead of these scam artist. Please be careful and please don t end up in the same situation that this horrid company has put me and my wife and 3 year old daughter in. God Bless thank you.

Follow up: How pitiful look at all the replies to poor service. A simple cut and paste narrative. Just like their service not a care in the world. Highway robbers taking from the poor to line their pockets.

First and last time that I ever use a company like this. They are really good at making the initial sale with you and once a signed contract comes into play the communication slows down completely. Boris lied to our team and our client, making false promises from The beginning. They charged a 15% on the TOTAL CONTRACT AND NOT THE INCREASE. The only increase they got was $20,000 K and there fee was $32 K. If I could Rate them 0 stars I would.

We will go back and re-do our review if this issue is handled accordingly.

This company does a great job. They've helped clients of mine several times get some claims approved that were a little difficult and originally denied. They offer a great service and have some good members with highly specific skills which was very helpful. Thanks.

I was hopeful when I was contacted by Premier Claims that finally there was someone who could help us get state farm to pay for our storm damages. Unfortunately, they are to big of a company to work for the individual homeowner. They stated "This is a good claim where it is obvious that the damages are from the storm but unfortunately it is not cost effective for us to help you. We suggest requesting an arbitration thru you insurance company."

Really!! We had 3 contractors look at the damages and all 3 came up with the same report, the roof needs to be replaced. State Farm says that all there going to do is pay to have 1 shingle replaced, 20 feet of 60 feet of gutter and paint it to match the rest and they will only cover a small portion of the tree removal. (The tree landed on the front edge of the house). Keep in mind that we've been with state farm since we built the house in 1958 and have never even once put in a claim. If you add up the yearly premiums we've paid in since 1958, we have paid staye farm 4 times what it would cost to replace the roof,, replace the gutters (all of them) repair the chimney, replace the food we lost due to no power for weeks and pay for the entire cost of the tree removal.
This is why we, being on social security were very hopeful Premier was going to help us get the roof replaced at least. From what they told us, it would require us to hire an attorney and take State Farm to court which means you have to have money to burn for which we definitely do not have.
THANKS FOR NOTHING PREMIER CLAIMS! OH, YOU TO STATE FARM for not taking care of the senior citizens that have only limited incomes. I guess we sell the house as is and move in with a relative. If we don't, the house will rout away and be worth nothing in a couple years from additional damage.
