Takes over an hour just for a pregnancy test? I had an appointment so I m not sure what the delay was but I m very irritated.

Good place but they need to learn how to answer the phone. I called for a whole hour 3 days straight and nothing, this ALWAYS happens Ridiculous !

I want to be a part of Planned Parenthood - Pasadena Health Center. I assure the Organization that I can be a good Fund Raiser and Donation Developer.

Far and away the most dehumanizing experience I've ever had with a doctor's office, which, as a trans woman, is kind of saying something. If you're a trans person, please for the love of god don't come here for your care unless you literally have no other options. You'll be greeted by a surly, indifferent reception staff, meet with surly, indifferent clinicians, and get connected with a surly, indifferent patient navigator who takes more vacations than donald trump.

Whoever manages this location deserves a raise! My experience today was nothing short of excellent. The facility is very clean, efficient, and front desk staff are quick and helpful. The two medical professionals (Nurse and Nurse Practitioner) who helped me during my appointment were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable. They both had great "bedside manner" which makes all the difference during a medical appointment that can feel scary or anxious. I was truly impressed from start to finish. And what PP visit wouldn't be complete without the nutjob holy roller protestor trying to hand me a pamphlet in the parking lot! Had to laugh at that, but if you can get past the idiot(s) outside, I'd recommend this PP to anyone!

I used to love this place and the usually kind staff. Don't be even think of being even 5 minutes late or they will cancel your appointment, but you can sometimes wait 2-3 hours for them. They had a choice whether to let me in 4 minutes late or not and I'm guessing since they were closing in 30 minutes, the Dr didn't want to see me and go home early. You make the call if you even want to deal with all that.

I have never had a more patient forward experience in any medical facility in my life. All of my concerns were addressed, I did not feel awkward or strange at all (and I m very prone to feeling awkward) they even had a trainee working with me and he also made me feel incredibly calm and taken care of... I went in scared and vulnerable and came out feeling supported and self assured.

Follow up. Still happy with their service. Amazing.

They are so slow. When you come you should planned to be here all day. Took me more than 2 hours to get a depo shot.
